From A Pre-school Education Master Student Who No Longer Suffers From "Profession":the History Of My Education Belief’s Growth

During the period of postgraduate study,the researchers found that their learning attitude and learning style had changed fundamentally,from a graduate student who felt pain for his major to a graduate student who loved and accepted the challenges of his major.The researchers believe that understanding the nature of this change is critical to the further development of their profession,and can also be used for reference by other learners.Therefore,researchers use the method of self-ethnography to design the theoretical framework by observing the field of study,collecting data,and combining with the literature to design the theoretical framework.Then in the interviews with others to verify the results of the study,to complete own professional growth reflection.The findings are as follows: first,the transformation of the researcher from a graduate student who feels pain for his major into a graduate student who loves and accepts the challenges of his major is in essence a process of positive change in educational beliefs.Secondly,the experience of personal growth,the mode of curriculum training and the goal of personnel training have a profound impact on the formation of educational beliefs.Thirdly,among the three influencing factors of educational belief,personal growth experience is the basis of educational belief growth,and real educational belief can be perfected only with the emergence of individual mental maturity and independent thinking ability;Curriculum model is the carrier of educational belief,curriculum experience of democracy,freedom and life is the main carrier of forming correct educational belief,and the goal of talent training is the navigation of educational belief.Therefore,the researcher puts forward some suggestions: in order to cultivate learners’ positive educational beliefs,educators should respect the differences of individual growth,create a pluralistic curriculum model and an independent training goal,so as to promote the healthy development of individual educational beliefs.
