The positive effects of experiential educational activities on human physiology and psychology have been studied for many years and are widely known.Obtain good survivability in physiology, and at the same time cooperate with others to train, enhance interpersonal skills, and improve personality and psychological quality. In particular, experiential education physical activity games are combined with sports games to deepen the physical education classroom, create a good teaching situation, and actively guide teachers to transform the experiential education knowledge of outdoor expansion into specific physical practice activities games. In the process of experiencing physical exercise, students exert their own subjective initiative, promote the positive transfer of knowledge and skills, pay attention to immediate reflection and short-term mindfulness after exercise, and actively think in combination with the cognitive ability of the self-growth environment, thereby effectively enhancing students’ learning Interest, knowledge and skills, promote the development of awareness of rules, competition and cooperation,so as to effectively guide students to use positive ways to vent their emotions, release desires, cultivate good physical activity habits, and promote the improvement of various cognitive abilities and mental quality indicators. The effectiveness of mental resilience in the cognition, emotion, behavior and environment of adolescents in adversity situations helps them resist adversity and obtain good adaptation.Students with a low level of psychological resilience cannot show good emotional control when facing learning difficulties or adversities,do not have meaningful interpersonal relationships to get help or vent their emotions,it is difficult to effectively cope with the difficulties encountered in life or students, and more Prone to be troubled by negative academic emotions such as anxiety, shame, and irritation. This study designed two behavioral experiments to explore the influence of experiential educational physical activity games on the mental health and mental toughness of junior high school students. In Experiment 1,the Mental Health Scale for Children and Adolescents(MHS-CA)was selected as a method to measure the mental health of the subjects.Five classes of grade eight and nine in Ningbo Beilun Sanshan School were selected, including two classes in eighth grade and three classes in ninth grade. There are a total of 191 students in the school. The eighth grade randomly selects a control class,an experimental class, and the ninth grade randomly chooses a control class. The other two classes are based on the academic results at the beginning of the experiment, and the top 50% of the final grade of a class is selected, and After the final grades of another class,50% are combined into a new control group, and the rest form the experimental group.Among them,73 were in the experimental group and 118 were in the control group. The subjects in the experimental group passed 30 minutes of experiential educational physical activity games in physical education class and then immediately performed 10 minutes of reflection exercises. The control group had normal physical education classes. After one semester of intervention experiment, analysis was carried out according to the children’s mental health scales filled out by all subjects before and after the experiment. The results showed that the scores of the ninth grade of the experimental group in the emotional dimension, cognitive dimension, and mental health total score were significantly higher than those of the control In the ninth grade of the experimental group, the scores of the ninth grade of the experimental group were significantly higher than the scores of the eighth grade of the experimental group in personality dimensions, cognitive dimensions, and mental health. The scores of the ninth-grade experimental group were significantly higher than those of the eighth-grade experimental group in terms of personality, emotion, cognition, volition and behavior, and mental health. The scores of the females in the experimental group on the thinking dimension were significantly higher than the scores of the males in the experimental group on the thinking dimension. This seems to indicate that experiential educational physical activity games have a positive impact on mental health, and mental toughness is an important research content of positive psychology. In order to further study the impact of experiments on mental toughness,Experiment 2 was designed. In Experiment 2,the Adolescent Mental Resilience Scale was selected as the method to measure the mental health of the subjects. The same number of subjects in Experiment 1 was selected. The subjects in the experimental group passed 30-minute experiential educational physical activity games in physical education class.Immediately afterwards,10 minutes of reflection exercises were performed, and the control group had normal PE classes. After one semester of intervention experiment, analysis was carried out according to the adolescent mental resilience scale filled out by all subjects before and after the experiment. The results showed that the experimental group was in family support, emotional control, interpersonal assistance, personal strength total score, support strength total score, and psychology The total score of resilience on the pre-test was significantly higher than the experimental group’s post-test.The scores of the control group on family support, interpersonal assistance, support, and mental resilience were significantly higher than the control group’s post-test.Men in the experimental group have significantly higher scores of emotional control and personal strength than women in the total score.Men’s emotional control and personal strength are significantly better than women’s ability to control personal strength.According to the descriptive statistical analysis of the students’ final results before and after the experiment, the experimental group had 72 effective scores, and the academic performance improvement rate was 51.4%.The control group had 112 effective scores, and the bloodstain performance improvement rate was 43.8%.The experimental group’s academic performance improved significantly.Based on the experimental results, this research has drawn the following research conclusions:(1)Experiential educational physical activity games have a significant promotion effect on mental health, especially for the ninth grade in the emotional dimension, cognitive dimension and mental health total score has promotion effect. The mental health promotion effect of ninth grade is higher than that of eighth grade.(2)The effect of experiential educational physical activity games on mental resilience have an inhibitory effect. The males in the experimental group scored significantly better than females in emotional control and personal strength.
