| How to promote the mental health development of middle school students has always been a difficult problem that many scholars urgently need to solve.Studies have shown that insistence on participating in physical exercise activities can effectively improve mental health,that is,an individual’s exercise adherence level is closely related to his or her mental health,but the long-standing mental health problems of middle school students have not been effectively solved.An in-depth analysis of this relationship can help to identify and exploit the core factors that play a role in mental health during physical activity behavior.As a positive emotional experience produced by individuals when they reach a balance between challenge and skill when participating in physical exercise activities,the level of this experience will directly affect the continuity of individual exercise behavior,thereby affecting their mental health.It can be seen that it is extremely necessary to explore the relationship between the smooth experience of middle school students,exercise persistence and mental health in physical exercise activities,and to seek new measures to improve the mental health of middle school students.Based on this,this study uses literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method,takes the fluency experience scale,exercise persistence scale and middle school student mental health scale as measurement tools,and selects 1725 middle school students in 6 middle schools in Hangzhou as effective subjects through stratified random sampling,reveals the basic characteristics of middle school students’ fluent experience,exercise persistence and mental health,and then explores the relationship between the three,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The exercise persistence of middle school students was at the upper middle level,the level of exercise persistence of male middle school students was significantly higher than that of female middle school students,and the level of exercise persistence of junior high school students was significantly higher than that of high school students.(2)The fluent experience of middle school students was at the upper middle level,the fluent experience level of male middle school students was significantly higher than that of female middle school students,and the fluent experience level of junior high school students was significantly higher than that of high school students.(3)The mental health of middle school students is at the upper middle level,the mental health of male middle school students is significantly better than that of female middle school students,and the mental health of junior high school students is significantly better than that of high school students.(4)There was a correlation between middle school students’ fluent experience,exercise adherence and mental health,and fluent experience could positively predict exercise adherence and mental health,and exercise persistence could positively predict mental health.(5)The fluent experience of middle school students can not only significantly directly affect mental health,but also have a significant indirect impact on mental health through exercise persistence,that is,exercise persistence plays a significant part-mediating role between fluent experience and mental health. |
