Research On Social Work Intervening In The Classified Treatment Of Community Garbage

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of ecological civilization has been put on the agenda,and the attention paid to the construction of ecological civilized society has effectively promoted the rise and development of garbage classification and treatment campaigns all over the country,and it has more important practical significance to strengthen the research on community environmental governance.As an important field of social work practice,it is feasible and necessary for social work to actively participate in the practice of community garbage classification and treatment,which is of great significance for deepening social work practice and promoting community development.At present,the research on community environmental governance mainly focuses on public administration and public management and other related fields.Most of them are theoretical studies on community governance in a holistic and macroscopic way,while few studies on community environmental governance are conducted from the perspective of social work and its practice.Combined with the development reality of h community,when social workers carry out environmental governance in h community,they start from the community garbage classification activities and fully draw lessons from Richard C.bocks’ s citizen governance theory,which provides a reliable theoretical basis for social work practice research.On the basis of theory and reality,social work has applied the group work method and integrated the regional development model in community work in the practical process,which has effectively promoted the environmental governance activities of community garbage classification and achieved remarkable results.The intervention of social work in community garbage sorting activities reflects the integration and coordination of resources among diverse subjects in the community,and highlights the respect and application of citizens’ right to participate in community affairs.However,some problems and deficiencies have been exposed in the process of governance.By summarizing and reflecting on the practical problems faced by social work in community waste sorting activities,some effective solutions are put forward from three angles of community,residents and social workers.
