Objective:Based on the systematic review of the effects of altitude training on aerobic ability in athletes with speed and endurance,exploring the general law of the influence of altitude training on the aerobic ability of the athletes concerned.Methods:By using the noteecpress,such as CNKI Chinese databases,Springer Link,EBSCOHost,Science Direct,Pub Med MEDLINE foreign database,searching the study on the effects of altitude training on aerobic capacity of speed and endurance athletes.The effect of the amount of data obtained from 42 literatures in accordance with the standards of the heterogeneity,publication bias and sensitivity index of the overall Meta analysis and different height,different training time and training of athletes of different gender subgroup analysis.Results:(1)Meta analysis of the effect of altitude training on hemoglobin content of speed endurance athletes,I~2=74%,p<0.001,the total effect value of Z=6.88,the effect value of d=-1.33,is a big effect.95% confidence interval is-1.70~-0.95,p<0.001.(2)Meta analysis of altitude training on athletes maximum oxygen uptake,I~2=64%,p<0.05,the total effect value of Z=2.06,the effect value of d=-0.28,for the medium effect,95% confidence interval-0.56~-0.01,p<0.05.(3)The results of subgroup analysis of different training height were 2000 m below I~2=76%,2000-3000 m I~2=70%.2000 m effect value below d=-1.11,2000m-3000 m effect value d=-1.52.(4)The duration of training subgroup analysis results,the heterogeneity was 4 weeks I~2=48%,4-6 weeks I~2=77%,more than 6 weeks I~2=76%,the effect value of d=-1.07 was less than d=-1.21,the effect value of 4-6 weeks was d=-1.47,and the effect value was more than 6 weeks.(5)The athletes of different gender subgroup analysis results,the heterogeneity of the effects of altitude training on male athletes hemoglobin content is I~2=72% I~2=74%,female athletes,male athletes,female athletes effect value of d=-1.23,d=-1.74,have reached a large effect.Conclusion:(1)Altitude training has a significant effect on the improvement of hemoglobin content in speed and endurance athletes.(2)Altitude training has a significant effect on the maximal oxygen uptake of athletes with speed and endurance.(3)The effect of 2000-3000 m altitude training on the hemoglobin content of speed and endurance athletes is better than 2000 m.(4)4-6 week altitude training effect on the speed and endurance of athletes is better than the hemoglobin content below 4weeks and 4 weeks following the effects of altitude training on the speed and endurance of athletes is better than the hemoglobin content of more than 6 weeks.(5)The effect of altitude training on hemoglobin content of female athletes is better than that of male athletes.
