| As a leisure and entertainment project derived from indoor volleyball, air volleyball is continuously gaining attention and popularization. It has a soft ball and is relatively quick to use.It is suitable for people of all ages. Now air volleyball has gradually entered various universities and colleges. And it has also entered the interest classrooms developed in primary and secondary schools.Because the physical characteristics of air volleyball are different from that of indoor volleyball, its spiking technique is also different from that of indoor volleyball. Therefore, this article selects five second-level athletes from the men’s volleyball team of Xi’an Institute of Physical Education through literature method, expert interview method, test method, comparative analysis method, mathematical statistics method, etc.,and these five athletes have studied gas volleyball for one year.Athletes from the left and right, and athletes who participated in the National Volleyball League. These athletes have a good grasp of air volleyball skills, and they have also trained for indoor volleyball for several years. This article takes the kinematics data of the frontal spiking technique of indoor volleyball as a reference basis, and compares and analyzes the kinematics data of the frontal spiking technique of air volleyball.Analyze the characteristics and differences in the frontal spiking technique of air volleyball and indoor volleyball, and point out the same and different places that air volleyball and indoor volleyball have when spiking. It provides a reference basis for future air volleyball teaching and training, and improves the air volleyball spiking technique. At the same time,it also provides a reference basis for coaches to understand air volleyball spiking technique. The results show that:1.The approach angle of air volleyball is different from that of indoor volleyball. The approach time of air volleyball and indoor volleyball is relatively long.2.Air volleyball and indoor volleyball have a shorter take-off time in the total take-off time in the take-off phase;at the maximum buffer moment and maximum extension moment of the take-off phase, the angle and speed difference of each joint of air volleyball and indoor volleyball is very small.3.In the air hitting stage, both air volleyball and indoor volleyball make the upper body torso rotate when hitting the ball in the air,so that the strength can be reasonably used, and the speed of the arm swing is improved;the air volleyball is better than the indoor volleyball wrist when swinging The arm swing is fast;the time required for the hitting phase of air volleyball is shorter than that of indoor volleyball.4.Air volleyball and indoor volleyball have very little difference in the ankle, knee, and hip joints at the landing stage, and each joint can be fully cushioned. |
