Analysis And Research On The Phenomenon Of Skill Transfer In Air Volleyball And Indoor Volleyball

Interference between motor skills and migration in the process of sports teaching is a kind of common phenomenon,in the daily teaching process,the fact that migration is objective existence,sports skill migration of motor skill acquisition plays a good or bad effect,a kind of skills to another learning had a positive role in promoting,has said the former to the latter produced the positive transfer of skill,if on the contrary,is referred to as negative transfer.Both air volleyball and indoor volleyball belong to volleyball,they have many similarities in technical movements and rules,and are different in some technical movements under the influence of their own characteristics.Article based on the theory of migration to indoor volleyball and volleyball migration phenomenon as the research object,USES the experimental teaching,based on teaching the results,the basic technical skills transfer between gas and indoor volleyball volleyball,in-depth study to explore the indoor volleyball for gas migration law of volleyball,for indoor volleyball athletes participate in gas volleyball provides technical guidance,avoid indoor volleyball techniques for gas volleyball techniques produce negative influence;Mastering the migration rules of air volleyball to indoor volleyball can improve students' interest in volleyball,thus reducing the teaching pressure of teachers and the learning difficulty of students of low age.Fully grasp the laws between the two sports,combined with their similarities,better improve the teaching and learning efficiency of the two sports.This paper analyzes,summarizes and sums up the phenomenon of transfer between indoor volleyball and volleyball techniques by using the methods of literature review,expert interview,mathematical statistics and experiment.Through the analysis of the difference between indoor volleyball and indoor volleyball,combined with the results obtained,it is found that: 1.There is a wide range of skill transfer between indoor volleyball and indoor volleyball,and the degree of transfer between indoor volleyball and indoor volleyball is better than that between indoor volleyball and indoor volleyball.2.In the service technique,the indoor volleyball and the volleyball have obvious mutual migration in throwing and hitting technique,and the service technique of the air volleyball has certain influence on the choice of the hitting point of the jump serve in the indoor volleyball.3.In the technique of mat,the indoor volleyball and the volleyball have obvious mutual migration in the preparation posture,hand shape,hitting point and hitting position,etc.,but the air volleyball has a negative influence on the body's exertion during the mat of indoor volleyball.4.In the passing technique,there is an obvious mutual migration between indoor volleyball and volleyball in the preparation posture,hand shape and hitting point.5.In the spiking technique,the indoor volleyball and the gas volleyball transfer each other in the run-up,jump and hand shape,but the gas volleyball spiking technique has certain influence on the choice of the hitting point of the indoor volleyball spiking technique.It is suggested that indoor volleyball players should pay attention to the control of strength and technique when they participate in air volleyball,and slow down the pace of the step when they jump serve and drop the ball,so as to avoid the phenomenon of waiting for the ball in the air.Air volleyball players in the study of indoor volleyball,to mat the ball to improve the power of the service,control the occurrence of arm lift,jump serve and spike,speed up the pace,to avoid the phenomenon of hitting the point is too low.In the process of teaching,play the positive factors between the two,to avoid the emergence of negative factors.
