Study On Operation Mode And Optimization Strategy Of Weinan Sports Center

The management of the Public Stadium is a difficult problem in our country and even in the world.The promotion,reform and innovation of the management mode of the public stadium is a major problem to be urgently dealt with at the present stage of the stadium.In recent years,with the rapid development of nationwide fitness programs,Weinan citizens have increasingly diversified their demands for physical fitness,in support of the State Council General Office’s recommendations on promoting national fitness and sports consumption for the high quality development of the sports industry and the latest national fitness program,to implement the "Weinan national fitness implementation plan," to achieve the masses to continuously improve the sports and fitness requirements,super-vigorously promote the comprehensive development trend of people’s sports,Competitive Sports,sports industry,sports equipment,sports culture and art,government departments in Weinan have released the "implementation plan for Weinan to promote the basic construction of public sports security system",which focuses on vigorously promoting public sports and actively promoting the development of public sports cultural services for all,the Weinan Sports Management Center,in which the Sports Management Center "A stadium and two pavilions" is Weinan key sports competitions,sports-themed activities of the carrier.Its infrastructure provides Weinan with a broad platform for implementing the trend of national fitness,improving the city’s role in public cultural services,and raising the city’s profile by contracting various competition-themed events.This study is based on the background of multiple development of the country,on the basis of the sociality and commonweal of the Public Stadium,on the basis of the current operation mode of the stadium of the Weinan Sports Center,taking "one stadium and two pavilions" as the research object in the national sports industry demonstration base of Weinan ——Weinan Sports Center,through the method of Literature Review and field investigation,logical analysis,interviews,and mathematical statistics are used to analyze the current operating model of the Weinan Sports Center stadium,to find out the problems that need to be solved urgently in the construction,utilization and management of Public Stadium in Weinan under the new situation,and to study the further construction and utilization of public stadium in Weinan,to explore the optimization strategy of Public Stadium Operation Mode in line with the actual development of Weinan Weinan,with a view to providing theoretical guidance for the exploration of public stadium operation mode in Weinan,at the same time,it provides some reference value for promoting the construction and operation of Comprehensive Public Stadium in Weinan in the future.The results of this study show that the Weinan Sports Centre is well-equipped and fully supported by the new national policy,but the current operating conditions are not ideal.The author has obtained the following results after reviewing the early references,on-the-spot investigation,in-depth investigation,and statistical analysis of the data.First,the operation mode chosen at the present stage by the stadium of the Weinan Sports Center is only one type operated by the state organs and public institutions,the single and outdated mode of operation is out of line with the development trend of our society and the specific needs of Weinan,so it is urgent to promote the reform and innovation of the mode of operation.Second,in the operation mode of the Weinan Sports Center,the main stadium are planning and construction with a single financing method,excessive reliance on state financial subsidies for income,and too low income from intangible asset development,the cost of venue is high,and the way of external publicity is backward.Third,draw lessons from the domestic public stadium optimized after the reform operation pattern,proposed some countermeasures.The first point is to expand the market widely,introduce various investment models,make the central venues become the "city card" effect,and introduce market preferential policies for investment enterprises.The second point is to optimize the existing operation model and reduce government expenditure,the operation mode of stadiums and gymnasiums can be optimized and innovated through multi-thinking.We should change the idea of stadium management,improve the quality of public service,and raise the level of professionalization of public service in venues.To effectively improve the problems existing in the actual operation of the mode of the operation of public institutions,to put forward the mode of the participation of the third party enterprises in the operation,and to analyze and study the problem of how to evade the risks existing in the operation of the enterprise,finally,through the analysis of the concept,core and advantages of this new operation mode,it is concluded that the new operation mode is more suitable for the operation and development of the stadium of the Weinan Sports Center,to increase revenue by tapping the intangible asset,to establish a reasonable pricing mechanism for advertising,to avoid the idling of parts of the venues,and to open up the sports performance market;the fourth point is to reduce expenditure costs reasonably and effectively mitigate losses,in consultation with the government,we should reduce the expenditure on energy consumption,establish a reasonable salary compensation system and mechanism,and reduce the salaries of unnecessary personnel,is targeted to different customer needs to strengthen publicity,select more public acceptance of publicity,finally for different groups of people receive information through different channels,do a good job of online and offline combined publicity.
