Research On The Optimization Of The Operation Mode Of Large-scale Public Stadiums In My Country

The large public stadium in our country are mostly built and managed by the institutions set by the government sports department.Restricted by many factors such as system,capital,idea,management and so on,these public stadiums usually have a single function and inefficient use,which in general are no longer suitable for the developing trend of market economy in the new era of increasingly prosperous socialism with Chinese characteristics.In this paper,the public Q stadium in Shaanxi as an example,the suggestions was put forward to optimize the domestic large-scale public stadium operation and management mode,through questionnaire survey,expert interviews and the main problems of Q comprehensive analysis of public stadiums in Shaanxi,on the basis of domestic and foreign large-scale stadium operation and management of successful cases,to improve the management efficiency of public stadiums to improve the operating efficiency.The research in this paper finds out that the operational mode of organization structure is not reasonable,widespread phenomenon of bull management.Financing mode is single,public stadiums basically rely on the operation of government funding,and the use of social capital is very little.The management mode is single,according to the administrative division,management organizations and inefficient management.And the resource allocation is not reasonable for the reasonable organization structure constraints under the jurisdiction of the same slice,stadium and long management coordination between departments.The reasons for the phenomena are slow system reform,conservative business philosophy,single financing mode and lack of professional talents,which are the main factors that restrict the good operation of Q public stadium in Shaanxi.For the combination of domestic and foreign large stadium management experience,China's large public stadiums operation mode can be optimized from the following aspects:(1)the optimization of organizational structure,the introduction of social forces responsible for the stadium operations,and government departments responsible for supervision duties;(2)management mode optimization,introducing third party administration,responsible for the daily operation of public stadiums;(3)financing mode of construction and operation optimization,actively introduce social capital to participate in the stadium,to break the single mode of financing shortcomings;(4)optimizing the marketing strategy,use the Internet and other new marketing strategies to strengthen the marketing promotion of stadiums and gymnasiums products;(5)talent construction optimization,actively introducing professional talents,broadening the channels for talent introduction and fundamentally improving the stadium management level.
