Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Lack Of Public Welfare In The Operation Of Dongguan Sports Center

Since Beijing successfully held the 29 th Olympic Games in 2008,the pace of China's holding large-scale international sports events has gradually accelerated.China has successfully applied for or held Winter Olympic Games,Asian Games,Universiade,World Military Games and other events.General secretary Xi Jinping put forward the goal of "accelerating the construction of a powerful sports country" in the nineteen major reports of the party,and pointed out that China's sports industry has made considerable progress in the following aspects: "careful planning,vigorous implementation,continuous creation of a new situation in the development of China's sports industry,and accelerated construction of our country into a sports power".As the material basis for holding events,the construction of large-scale public sports venues in China has entered a rapid growth period,and a large number of sports venues have emerged in various cities.After the games,these public stadiums and gymnasiums will operate normally to meet the needs of the masses for physical fitness,leisure and entertainment,and become the material guarantee for providing public sports services.However,with the improvement of people's living standards,people's demand for public sports services is increasing rapidly.The current mass sports work can not fully meet the needs of mass sports exercise under the rapid development of China's social economy.Public stadiums and gymnasiums are not open to the society for enough time,strength and scope.The lack of public welfare in operation is gradually exposed.I work in Dongguan sports center.The venue of the center is an important public product to provide public sports services and meet the needs of public sports.Its fundamental attribute is public welfare.However,through the research and analysis of the operation of Dongguan Sports Center,it is found that in order to meet the basic income of maintaining the venue operation,commercial operation has become animportant part of the center operation,which causes the lack of public welfare of Dongguan Sports Center in order to achieve normal operation.In this paper,the logical of putting forward,analyzing and solving problems is used to study and explore the problems and Countermeasures of public welfare in the operation of Dongguan sports center.First of all,this paper introduces the background,significance and the theoretical basis of the article,summarizes the emergence and development of public stadiums,summarizes the basic situation and contribution of the operation of national stadiums in recent years.Secondly,the operation status of Dongguan sports center is summarized,the performance of its public welfare is explored,the reasons for the lack of public welfare of venues are further revealed,and suggestions on how to improve the public welfare of Dongguan Sports Center venue operation are put forward.
