| Taking off and touching high on one foot in running up is one of the classic exercises commonly used in the teaching and training of track and field jumping events,which often runs through the whole teaching and training process.In the teaching process of high jump,this exercise can not only effectively realize the preliminary mastery of run-jump connection technology,but also optimize the order of take-off force,improve the efficiency of take-off,and develop the vertical jumping ability of lower limbs.According to the different stages of teaching and training and the different purposes of practice,there are usually different training requirements,such as the requirements of arm swing mode,the requirements of the distance of the approach,the requirements of the distance of the takeoff point and so on.In the process of teaching and training practice,in order to achieve high efficiency teaching and training effect,it is very important to choose different means and put forward different requirements in different stages.This article choose in different modes of swing arm to takeoff action structure as the research direction,the effects of the run-up to touch with different way of swing arm high practice as the starting point and with a high speed camera test observation method,and through the related sports theory explanation and interpretation as the basis,to explore different arm swinging way to the impact of lower limb movement structure,In order to clarify the different teaching or training stages,different teaching or training purpose and method selection,making the teaching and training process more clear,more accurate,more targeted and effective.The difficulty of one-foot take-off in approach is how to make full use of approach speed to obtain the maximum vertical lift height,and the key to the transformation of horizontal speed into vertical speed in approach is the connection of running and jumping and the take-off technology,in which the arm swing mode(single arm and double arm)is an important part of this stage of technology.During the whole process of running up and taking off,different factors such as the initial position of the arms,the swing mode and the swing speed of the limbs will produce different take-off effects.This topic in two different ways of swing arm(single arm pendulum is and arms)approach to observe high starting point,using 3 d camera resolution,get our five special high jump athletes of two different way of swing arm under the condition of test data,contrast both in the run-up to pour 2 step to jump off the ground gravity center trajectory,body position,the link speed and leaps Angle data such as kinematics,In order to provide more abundant methodological basis for physical education and sports training,the internal law of dynamic change process of run-jump connection technology was discussed.Research Methods:In this paper,by means of literature,testing,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,the influence of five subjects’ different swinging arms on the movement structure of one-foot take-off touch height in approach running is discussed.Main findings:1.With two different arms swinging approaches,the one-foot take-off touch will show different changes in the horizontal and vertical velocity of the athletes’ body center of gravity:Compared with the double-arm swing,the horizontal velocity loss of the center of gravity at the landing stage of the single-arm swing approach is smaller(5.65 ±2.29m/s),the vertical velocity change is smaller,the horizontal velocity loss of the center of gravity at the take-off moment is larger,and the horizontal velocity loss of the center of gravity during the take-off process is smaller(5.42 ± 0.47m/s),and the vertical velocity after take-off is also smaller.(p<0.05)there was significant difference between them.2.Take off on one foot with two different swing arm approaches.Compared with the swing of both arms,the three joints of the lower limbs in the stage of single-arm swing approach and takeoff stage are hip(double: 156.7±3.8°/164.9±1.9°,single:164.4±2.8°/168.1±3.2°)and knee(double: 156.7±3.8°/164.9±1.9°).157.9 ±4.8 °/ 172 ± 2.5 °,single: 162.6 ±4.9 °/ 174.7+ 2.4 °),ankle(double: 106.1±8.9 °/ 142.2± 3.3 °,single:118.9±10.3 /143.2±3.4°),the variation of joint Angle was small,the variation of joint cushioning and extension amplitude was small(double: 10.1°/29.9°/52.2°,single: 9.9°/26.1°/44.3°);(p<0.05)were significantly different.3.Compare the swinging leg link of single foot takeoff and touch height in two different swing arm approaches.Compared with the two-arm swing,the Angle between the two legs of the takeoff leg and the swing leg(double: 50.1±7.5° and single: 45.6±5.7°)is smaller in the single-arm swing take-off phase,the timing of the swing into the takeoff is earlier,and the Angle of the big leg of the swing leg is relatively small.4.By comparing the takeoff effects of two different swing arm approaches with single-leg takeoff touch height,it is found that in the process of two-arm swing takeoff,the limb swing is larger,the loss of horizontal velocity is greater,and the vertical velocity gained is also greater,while in the process of single-arm swing takeoff,the loss of horizontal velocity is smaller,and the vertical velocity gained is also smaller.The take-off Angle with swinging arms is larger(double: 47.3±3.5°,single: 42.1±1.5°).(p<0.05)there was significant difference between them.Main research conclusions:1.Compared with the high technology of double-arm swing,the advantages of single-arm swing are small horizontal speed loss in the run-up,stable body center of gravity,natural and coherent running and jumping connection,high body center of gravity,and easy to master,which will have a positive impact on the creation and improvement of running and jumping connection technology.2.From the perspective of takeoff effect,compared with the single-arm swinging take-off technique,the horizontal velocity loss of the two-arm swinging take-off process is greater,and the vertical lift velocity is also greater,the lift Angle is larger,and the takeoff is more upward.It is beneficial to the development of lower limb explosive power and improve the longitudinal strength of the body.Main research recommendations:1.Single-arm swing is beneficial to speed,and double-arm swing is beneficial to increase the range of take-off.It is suggested that in the process of teaching and training,athletes should ensure the steady increase of the pace of running,and set up the speed,range and personal technical style of taking off,so as to optimize the effectiveness of taking off.2.Based on the different characteristics of single and double arm swinging run-up and take-off touch height,it is suggested that in the early stage of teaching and training,the single-arm run-up and take-off touch high technology should be used to build the order of take-off force.In the explosive force training to develop the vertical jumping ability of lower limbs,the high technique of running up and taking off with two arms is often used.3.In the process of teaching and training,training methods should be adjusted and different requirements should be put forward according to the different purposes and tasks of the stage,such as the choice of different arm swinging ways,the requirements of different running speeds,the setting of the distance of take-off points and the setting of the height of markers,so as to improve the effect of teaching and training. |
