Purposes: Biomechanical index is gradually considered to be the overall standard of functional state as its change is notable enough to intuitively explain the emerging and increasing of the sport fatigue. This article should be benefit to the research of Sport Fatigue through biomechanical methods, and to enrich the emerging and increasing of it well from the "outer features" of body system. Also it attracts more attention to the phenomenon of fatigue and injury, fatigue and movement capacity decreasing during sports training. Methods:Choosing eight healthy adult male person form sport department of Soochow university at random, let them run to fatigue at middle and high speed on h/p/cosmos professional treadmill made in Germany. Combining with physiological and psychological indexes, and using a lot of sport biomechanical methods as well, this article gives discussion on the changing regularity of movement structural characteristics while people running to fatigue at middle or high speed, and it mainly covers some kinematic indexes. Also the process of the emerging and increasing of the sport fatigue is divided into three department to contrast and analyze. Results: Research shows that during the process of running to fatigue, the characteristics of action structure change simultaneously and continuously. The structural characteristics of the dominant side changes first manifested in shorter step-length and lower frequency, oppositely on the other side in this. With middle speed, elbow joint is becoming smaller, shoulder joint is gradually from bigger to smaller and arms are becoming bigger. Also, joints of lower limbs visibly bigger, abilities to cushion and pedal descending, trunk's torsion and inclination smaller, body swinging, less curvet, and tend to run in "sitting"posture. But there is no obvious regularity found during high-speed running. Conclusions:During the process of running to fatigue, the movement structural characteristics change regularly to a certain extent. Thus, some kinematic indexes of movement structures can be used to judge the emerging and increasing of the sport fatigue.
