| Research purposes and methods: through consulting and summarizing the literature related to the previous mass run group organizations,this study developed a reasonable paper interview outline and questionnaire,interviewed and discussed the problems encountered in the development of mass run group organizations in Xi’an,and used the field survey method to go deep into the mass run group in Xi’an,to participate in its life,through careful observation and in-depth analysis Interview,in order to achieve a comprehensive study and understanding of the research object and its culture.And put forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures.To understand the current situation of the development of Xi’an marathon group,summarize the important factors affecting the development of the running group,and give the corresponding countermeasures.In practice,it can make Xi’an Mass marathon group realize their own defects and shortcomings.Through improvement and improvement,we should standardize the management and development of the running group from the internal and external,establish a good environment for marathon sports,guide the registration of the running group under the guidance of the government,and unify the management of the state.Research results and Countermeasures: the problems existing in the organization of Xi’an marathon mass running group are:(1)the internal problems and influencing factors of the running group: the management mechanism of Xi’an marathon mass running group is not perfect,lack of perfect management regulations,distribution mechanism,election system,supervision and prevention and control,etc.;the stable fund source of Xi’an marathon mass running group is single.Most of the running groups are self financing;the gender and age structure of the mass marathon running groups in Xi’an is unbalanced,with more men than women,less young people and more middle-aged and old people;there are many unsafe factors.The safety of event organization,traffic safety,sports injury,etc.(2)The external influencing factors of Marathon group: lack of government guidance and support;lack of recognition and attention from enterprises and event organizers.According to the development status and existing problems of Xi’an Mass marathon organization,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures:(1)the internal norms of the running group: establish clear rules and regulations;broaden the source of funds,improve the ability of blood production;do a good job in the positioning of the running group,set up plans and objectives;establish a security system,reduce the risk of activities.(2)External norms: the government guides the standardized development of the running group;do a good job in the service and infrastructure construction related to the marathon running group organization;improve the relevant laws and regulations,etc. |
