OBJECTIVE: To analyze the gait and pressure distribution characteristics of the foot before and after the 10 km run by comparing the gait and plantar pressure parameters before and after the 10 km run of the marathon enthusiast.METHODS: Ten fans from marathon runners such as Shenzhen Benmahui and Zhixue Xuetang were selected. They have a certain long-distance running basis, and after a period of long-distance running or marathon training, the plantar pressure analysis system was used to test the marathon hobby. The gait and plantar pressure distribution characteristics before and after the ten-kilometre run were selected.Various parameters such as the human body joint angle, the plantar-foot angle, the impulse value, the peak pressure, the peak pressure, and the percentage of contact time between the support foot and the ground were selected.RESULTS: Changes in gait and plantar pressure distribution before and after the marathon enthusiast's ten-km run were as follows:1.The plantar angle of the plantar foot increases with the running time. After 10 km of running, the foot shaft angle of the foot increases significantly, and the foot shaft angle of the dominant side foot is better than the foot shaft angle of the non-dominant side foot.Small, although the increase in the foot shaft angle has a gait balance, the increase in the foot shaft angle is a decline in the function of the ankle joint, which results in an increase in the torsional degree of the lower leg. This kind of compensation for a long time will cause some damage to the knee joint.2.There is a significant extension of the single-step step before the long-distance running. The support period of the left and right feet has been extended, and the moment of departure from the ground has also been extended.3.The time percentages of the dominant side and the non-dominant side during the three phases of the support period tend to be close to each other,ie,the heel strike phase, the midfoot support phase, and the ankle extension phase of the dominant side and the nondominant side during the support period. The percentage of time is not significantly different and is very close.4.Plantar impulses were mainly distributed in the anterior area of the plantar foot, while the forefoot was subjected to the largest impulse value, the midfoot area was larger, and the plantar heel area was the smallest, indicating that the forefoot and the midfoot were the main powers. The part of the load,so marathon enthusiasts or runners to deal with the addition of the front and strong arches and other shock absorption function, reduce sports injuries.5.The peak plantar pressure peaks are found in the second metatarsal and the third metatarsal area at the front of the foot, indicating that this area is the site that mainly bears the impact load.Therefore,long-term marathon training enthusiasts should customize the insole and design the foot.Insole,in addition, should choose shock-absorbing long running shoes.
