Research On The Planning Of Rural Public Sports Fscilities In Longzhou County From The Perspective Of Equalization

The national fitness plan,the construction of a strong sports country and the equalization of basic public services are important development tasks in China.It is required to improve the national fitness system,coordinate the development of urban and rural public sports,and accelerate the equalization of urban and rural public sports facilities.However,there is still a big gap in the development of public sports between rural and urban areas,especially in the relatively backward areas of economic and social development such as the central and western regions and the border,and the gap in the construction of public sports facilities between rural and urban areas is particularly obvious.Solving the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development of urban and rural public sports has become an important task for the development of sports in China.In view of this,from the perspective of equalization of basic public services,this paper takes Longzhou County,Guangxi as the research object,focuses on the imbalance and insufficiency of urban and rural public sports facilities,and explores the methods and theories of equalization planning of rural public sports facilities in Longzhou County,so as to provide reference for the equalization planning of urban and rural public sports facilities in China.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background of the equalization planning of public sports facilities from the perspective of the national strategic level such as the national fitness plan,the construction of a powerful sports country and the equalization of basic public services,as well as the actual needs of the equalization of urban and rural public sports facilities in China,and demonstrates the necessity of carrying out the equalization planning research.Then carry out relevant theoretical basic research,define the research object,sort out and summarize the practical experience and relevant theoretical research results at home and abroad,and analyze the domestic classic cases on the planning and construction of rural public sports facilities,so as to provide reference and reference for the next research of the paper.The second is to carry out the research on the equalization of urban and rural public sports facilities in Longzhou county.Based on the perspective of the whole process of public sports facilities supply,facilities planning and facilities management services,the equalization evaluation factors are derived,the equalization evaluation system of urban and rural public sports facilities is constructed,the equalization evaluation of urban and rural public sports facilities in Longzhou County in terms of resource allocation,facilities planning and facilities management services is carried out,the evaluation conclusions are drawn,and the existing problems and causes are analyzed.Finally,the methods and Strategies of rural public sports facilities planning in Longzhou county are studied.Based on the concept of sports fitness circle,this paper constructs the hierarchical system of rural public sports facilities,and puts forward the construction system of "primary sports circle,secondary sports circle and tertiary sports circle" in rural areas.Based on the actual needs of rural residents,combined with the national policy requirements and development trend,the supporting standards of sports facilities in sports circles at all levels are determined.Taking Jinlong Town,Longzhou County as an example,this paper carries out the research on the equalization planning and layout of rural public sports facilities,delimits the sports circles at all levels in Jinlong town by using arcgig spatial analysis technology,modifies the deviation of the center point of the sports circle,determines the spatial layout point of public sports facilities,and puts forward the equalization planning and layout scheme of public sports facilities.Finally,it puts forward the guarantee suggestions of equalization planning from the aspects of policy funds,supply channels,planning implementation,public participation,operation management,publicity and guidance.
