County Of Shanxi Sports Studies Equalization Of Basic Public Services

This paper studies the equalization development of countyterritory between the different levels of economic development ofbasic public sports service in Shanxi province, the key of basic publicsports service equalization is urban and rural, and to promote theintegration of urban and rural economic and social development. It isto accelerate the harmonious sports development patternconstruction, the construction of public service-oriented government,speed up the building of a new socialist countryside and greatimportant to promote social equity and justice.The literature data method, questionnaire survey method, andinterview method was used to investigate30counties with differenteconomic development level of the equalization of basic publicservice of sports in Shanxi Province. After the investigation, thedescriptive statistics, single factor variance method was used toanalyze the survey data. The results showed: in the county publicsports service facilities aspect, those facilities are poor whereeconomic development level is moderate and poor; in the publicsports service fitness instruction situation aspect, the number ofsocial sports instructors can not meet the needs of county residents,moreover instructor resources are distributed in the county whereeconomic development level is good mostly; the basic public sports service activities and the construction of sports organization aspect,development rate and body quality monitoring station coverage is lowin those counties where sports economic development level is poor;in the sports information basic public service announcements aspect,the county sports information publicity basically stay in the "NationalFitness Day" and the sports laws and regulations.In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward thefollowing strategies: to construct the government at the service type;to reform and perfect the sports public service fiscal system, toimplementate of basic public sports service, to multiple scientificevaluation of basic public sports service performance.
