| With the acceleration of Preschool Education curriculum reform in China,evaluation activities have become an indispensable part of education and teaching work.It can be said that teachers’ evaluation activities are embedded in teaching activities.But then comes the contradiction and perplexity between teaching work and evaluation activities of many front-line teachers: "I know the characteristics of children’s age development,but what evaluation criteria should I use to evaluate teaching activities,evaluate children,evaluate colleagues and myself…".Teachers are the most direct guides for young children in teaching activities,the evaluation of the quality of teaching activities plays an important role in all aspects of kindergarten education,which affects the quality of teaching activities and the all-round development of children.The kindergarten teacher teaching activity appraisal accomplishment is the kindergarten teacher in the teaching activity preparation,the implementation as well as the end three consecutive links carries out the appraisal activity to have the ability and the quality,it mainly includes methods and ability,emotion and ethics,cooperation and communication,reflection and development,and so on,it will help teachers to reflect on the educational scene,promote the professional growth of the evaluation field,and explore the characteristics of kindergarten teachers’ evaluation quality of teaching activities,to a certain extent,it can provide reference data for front-line kindergartens,relevant governments and their counterparts.On the basis of previous studies,this study mainly discusses the vocabulary exploration,scale development and development characteristics of kindergarten teachers’ teaching activity evaluation literacy.It includes three parts: First,through the analysis of the open-ended questionnaire and the relevant literature,we can get the internal structure of kindergarten teachers’ teaching activity Evaluation Literacy;Second,based on the previous procedure and the principle of scale development,the preliminary scale was developed,which was adjusted and revised repeatedly through item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,reliability and validity test,and finally formed a formal scale The third is to investigate the development of kindergarten teachers’ teaching activity evaluation literacy through the data collected by the questionnaire,and the fourth is to discuss and summarize the whole paper.The related conclusion which obtains through the research:1.The vocabulary exploration of Chinese and Foreign Literature Teachers Evaluation Literacy mainly includes: fairness,ability,development,participation,specialty and idea;besides,Foreign Literature also includes reliability.2.The structure of kindergarten teachers’ teaching activity evaluation quality consists of four parts: method and ability,emotion and ethics,cooperation and communication,reflection and development.3.The results are as follows:(1)the average value of all dimensions of kindergarten teachers’ teaching activity evaluation literacy is more than 4,the mean value of each factor is as follows:Emotional and ethical method and ability reflection and development cooperation and communication;.(2)in the aspect of personal factors,there are significant age differences,and in the aspect of professional background,there are significant differences in the kindergarten teachers’ teaching years,positions and the nature of the kindergarten There are significant differences in the title of teachers and the location of the garden.(3)There were no significant differences in sex,educational background,major and grade. |
