Research On Supply And Demand Of Rural Sports Public Service In Taibai County

With the continuous development of China’s economy and society and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the rural residents are living an increasingly prosperous life.The construction of rural sports public service has been put on the agenda,and rural residents have rich and diverse demands for sports.Based on this background,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural sports public service supply in Taibai County and the demand of rural residents for sports public service,so as to understand the contradiction between supply and demand of sports public service in Taibai County and seek solutions.Promote the construction of the rural sports public service system,and improve the relevant systems of the rural sports public services,improve the efficiency of supply,better service in rural residents,rural residents are better integrated into the national fitness boom,to form the good habit of taking part in physical exercise,improve their physical health level,obtaining physical engagement and satisfaction,So as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of life of rural residents.At present,the whole country is actively promoting the construction of sports public service system,and the countryside is an important part of the construction of sports public service.Due to the different levels of economic development,the sports public service in different regions can not achieve absolute equality,so different regions should have different standards of sports public service and different ways of service.This study selected Taibai County of Shaanxi Province,which is located in the depth of Qinling Mountains and enjoys the reputation of "Snow Region Taibai".It officially withdrew from the list of "poverty-stricken counties" in 2019.The public sports service is in the initial stage,so it is inevitable that there are many problems in the development process.Taking taibai county rural sports public service supply and demand as the research object,using literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods,of taibai county rural sports public service supply and residents’ satisfaction and demand survey,to find the factors affecting rural sports public service and the existing problems,understand the crux of the rural sports public services supply,The remedy to the case.The results showed that: On the supply side,the existence of grassroots sports management mechanism is not sound,the sports facilities supply imbalance,the management does not reach the designated position,sports organizations and lack of social sports instructors,sports activities is not yet mature,sports information and physical monitoring work is not really benefit the problem such as rural residents,all these problems to a certain extent affect the sports public services supply improve effect.In terms of demand,at present,rural residents in Taibai County have a high degree of demand for sports public service,and different levels of people have different demands,and the demand types are rich.However,the supply and demand of sports public service do not match on the whole,and there is a lot of room for improvement.The conclusion is as follows: First,the supply of rural sports public service in Taibai County is low level;Second,rural residents have high demand for sports public service and diversified demand types.Third,the low correspondence between supply and demand of rural sports public service.Correspondingly put forward the following five suggestions for improvement: to improve the sports public service supply system;To promote rural residents’ sports awareness through multiple channels simultaneously;Relying on the unique local sports atmosphere,the supply of leisure sports and ice and snow events should be appropriately increased.The sports public service supply should give consideration to the sports demand of rural residents;Establish a trinity of capital investment mode.We should make joint efforts to improve the construction of local sports public service.
