| In recent years,national fitness has become a national development strategy.Although under such a general trend,the country has increased the investment in the construction of rural sports public service,the construction of sports public service is still a weak link in China’s public service because many rural residents are mainly affected by ideology,cultural integration,education level and other factors.In particular,the rural sports public service development system is not perfect,the level of service quality is not high,the development imbalance between cities and rural areas,between villages,supply and demand asymmetry and other problems are still obvious.The research significance of this paper lies in providing a broad carrier for the development of rural sports in Yangling Demonstration Area,so as to improve the public service system and sports construction in rural areas,promote the dual development of farmers’ life and spirit,and realize the harmony and unity between man and nature and the healthy development of rural culture.This article through the literature material method,field observation method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics methods such as selection in yangling demonstration zone jurisdiction(2 streets,three towns: Yang ling,Li Tai streets,street Wu Quan town,da-zhai town,rubbing valley town)the four representative village,du village,jiang farewell,xinji village,under the sichuan village.Taking these four villages as examples,in order to explore the supply and demand of rural sports public services,field visits and mathematical analysis were carried out to describe their current situation and put forward relevant research strategies.The survey results show that in the context of rural revitalization,the key areas to be improved in rural basic public services include rural sports public services.With the rapid development of rural economy and the significant improvement of living standard,the demand of farmers for sports culture has increased significantly.However,at present,the supply level of rural sports public service in Yangling Demonstration Area is generally low,which is reflected in the insufficient supply of sports venues and facilities,the less and single form of sports cultural activities,and the lack of funds directly used in the construction of sports public service.In the whole country,especially in the regions with relatively backward economic level,the construction of sports public service is still very backward,and Yangling Demonstration Zone is relatively backward compared with the economically developed southern cities.Compared with the construction of the rural sports public service system,the urban sports public service is far better than the rural sports public service not only in quantity but also in quality,but there is still a certain gap compared with the developed countries.Full of yangling demonstration zone total rural sports public service supply and demand present situation analysis,draw the relevant conclusions,including the supply of the rural sports in yangling demonstration zone is far cannot meet the demand of the current rural residents increasing exercise,encourage professional sports knowledge,promote formation of folk sports organizations,drive the sports exercise enthusiasm of farmers,Make the village culture square play the biggest role.Sports administrative departments set up posts and increase the number of personnel according to the needs and relevant national policies.After drawing the conclusion,the author puts forward some relevant suggestions.Research shows that we need in the future work and give full attention to in the study,comprehensively carry out policies and regulations to develop and perfect,fully expand the coverage of sports public service,balance urban and rural sports public service,perfecting the financial system,clear the government and the market status,safeguard yangling demonstration zone the healthy and orderly development of rural sports public service. |
