Research On The Supply Of Rural Public Sports Services In Chenggong District Of Kunming City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed "Implementing the rural revitalization Strategy",One of the cores of rural revitalization is cultural revitalization.It is imperative to further enrich the cultural life of rural residents and explore the road to the prosperity of rural culture.With the popularization and promotion of national fitness sports in rural areas across the country,the demand for sports culture by the villagers continues to increase,and the development of farmers’ sports urgently needs the support of public services.Yunnan Province,in combination with geographical factors and ethnic characteristics,promotes the construction of a strong province with plateau characteristics and provides a key guarantee for improving rural public sports services.Therefore,it is of great significance to further study the supply of public sports services in rural areas,to promote the inclination of sports public services to the grassroots,and to improve the level of public services for national fitness.This study selects the rural public sports service supply in Chenggong District,Kunming City as the research object.Through the methods of literature and materials,field investigation,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,from the perspective of rural residents’ sports needs in Chenggong District,Chenggong District has a Research on the supply content of rural public sports services,using mathematical statistics and comparative analysis methods to classify and compare the survey data,and further explore the asymmetric supply and demand of rural public sports services in Chenggong District.Research shows that the supply of rural public sports services in Chenggong District does not meet the needs of local rural residents in terms of sports facilities and venues,physical fitness monitoring,sports professionals,sports events,sports service promotion,sports organizations and funds.The specific manifestations are:the main body of supply is relatively single,the types of sports facilities are simple and the distribution is uneven,the physical fitness measurement lacks popularity,the utilization rate of sports talents is low,the quality and quantity of sports events are improved,the activity of grass-roots sports organizations is not high,and the source of funds is relatively narrow and uneven distribution.In view of the problems existing in the supply of rural public sports services in Chenggong District,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)Strengthen the cooperative supply mechanism of diversified subjects;(2)Increase the effective supply of sports and improve public service facilities;(3)Improve grass-roots related systems and management mode,and provide reasonable feedback as needed;(4)strengthen the publicity of rural public sports in Chenggong District;(5)strengthen the monitoring of organizational physique and formulate scientific fitness plans;(6)attach importance to professional personnel training,increase Talent and capital investment.
