Research On The Impact Of Urban Public Service Supply On Employment Quality From The Perspective Of Housing Price

At present,there will be a large number of floating population between urban and rural areas in China every year,which is the result of urbanization.To solve the employment problem of urban residents has become the key point of livelihood issues advocated by China.In the process of Labor Mobility,public service is to meet the needs of the labor force to live a solid backing,but also a very important link.It will play a powerful role in stabilizing the economy when some force majeure factors come along.In addition,the quality of employment can reflect the future development prospects of the city.If the employment quality of the city is on the high side,it means that the city has a high-quality labor force and strong enterprises.Therefore,the quality of employment is very important to the development of cities,which provides a reasonable explanation for the different development directions of cities after they are exposed to external shocks,among them,the supply of urban public services is considered as the main factor affecting the quality of urban employment by scholars at home and abroad.In addition,the housing price also has a considerable impact on the quality of employment,and the impact of housing prices on the quality of employment will fluctuate with the rise in housing prices.Therefore,from the perspective of housing prices,this paper studies the impact of urban public service supply on the quality of employment.First of all,through combing the relevant literature,this paper makes clear the connotation of urban public service supply and employment quality,and explores the impact of urban public service supply on employment quality.Secondly,this paper constructs the index system of Urban Public Service Supply and employment quality.Taking 179 prefecture-level cities in China as research objects,this paper calculates the urban public service supply of 179 cities by principal component analysis method,and calculates the employment quality of each city by using entropy method,taking panel data of cities from 2012 to 2019 as samples,this paper uses multiple regression analysis to explore the impact of urban public service supply on employment quality under the adjustment of housing price,and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.The study found,first,that the quality of employment in cities has been good over the last eight years.Overall,the quality of employment is still on the rise,but the performance of large cities will be better,and polarization is serious,poor urban employment quality is generally low.Secondly,the supply of urban public service has a significant positive effect on the quality of employment and promotes the improvement of the quality of employment.Third,the introduction of housing prices,as a regulatory variable;when the housing prices to a certain value,the higher the housing prices,the supply of urban public services on the quality of employment will be relatively weak.Therefore,to speed up the construction of urban public services,implement the active policy of diversification of urban public services,and pay attention to the role of housing prices,we should combine the two effectively and work together to effectively improve the quality of urban employment.
