Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Public Sports Football Teaching In Colleges And Universities In Harbin

According to the requirements of physical education reform in Colleges and universities in the new era,physical education teaching in Colleges and universities in Harbin is also deepening the reform.As a new physical education teaching project in Colleges and universities,rugby is favored by college students.This paper uses the research methods of literature,field research,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,according to the principles of pedagogy,Based on the theory of physical education and the requirements of physical education and health curriculum,this paper analyzes and studies the teaching plan,teaching conditions,teaching development and teaching evaluation of the syllabus of public sports rugby in Colleges and universities in Harbin,and draws the following conclusions:（1）There are 8 colleges and universities in Harbin that carry out public sports Rugby teaching,of which the teaching documents basically meet the requirements of the national guiding outline for the teaching of physical education courses in Colleges and universities.The teaching contents in the teaching arrangement are relatively complete in the basic teaching links.Outdoor practical teaching is conducted in the distribution of teaching hours.Each school meets the requirements of the outline and is basically divided into three types in the form of organization.The teaching objectives are clear,and the teaching conditions can basically meet the needs of football teaching.In terms of teaching evaluation,most of the eight colleges and universities only use the absolute evaluation method in teaching.（2）In terms of teaching materials,there is a lack of special teaching materials and old sports theory teaching materials,the teaching content is lack of after-school extension,the teaching distribution focuses on practice rather than theory,the teaching method and organization form are relatively single,the teaching goal is not obvious in the "Ideological and political construction" of football teaching,and there is a lack of sports literacy courses.In terms of teachers,there are the problems of weak teachers,lack of professional football teachers,students’ insufficient understanding of football,lack of football campus culture and imperfect teaching conditions.In terms of teaching evaluation,there are the problems of single assessment content and boring assessment method of public sports football teaching.（3）The teaching contents and teaching methods are insufficient,teachers’ awareness of diversified organization of classroom teaching is weak,teachers are not aware of the importance of teaching exchange and discussion of practice and theory,the importance of "Ideological and political construction",the importance of developing sports literacy courses,and the formulation of football teaching objectives is a mere formality,There are the problems of teachers’ lack of awareness of classroom and rugby teaching,the problems of insufficient venues,old and lack of equipment,the lack of research on teaching evaluation methods and the content of teaching evaluation.（4）We should strengthen the development and utilization of teaching material resources in the construction of teaching materials,adopt various teaching methods in teaching,enrich the teaching contents of football,increase the class hours and teaching contents of theoretical courses,increase the types of classroom organization forms,pay attention to the teaching exchange and discussion of Football Theory and Practice among colleges and universities,and enhance the effectiveness of "curriculum ideological and political construction" in multiple dimensions,To increase the class hours of sports literacy course,we should improve students’ awareness of football,strengthen the construction of public sports football teachers,strengthen the construction and procurement of public sports football venues and teaching aids,and establish diversified assessment standards and evaluation methods in teaching evaluation.In view of the problems existing in the teaching of public sports rugby in Colleges and universities in Harbin,the following development strategies are put forward:（1）Strengthen the publication of English football teaching materials,so that students can more intuitively master the knowledge taught by teachers in the classroom.More importantly,students can learn to think independently and preview and review the knowledge they have learned and will learn.（2）It is necessary to strengthen the basic construction of rugby curriculum,make diversified use of teaching methods,and formulate the principles of teaching methods in line with the characteristics of diversity,flexibility,innovation and comprehensiveness of teaching methods.Teachers should learn more relevant knowledge and constantly enhance their teaching ability,so as to enrich the teaching content of rugby and increase the teaching and competition methods of rugby origin theory and rugby referee method,And the proportion of theoretical courses such as football technology and tactics in the curriculum,increase the classroom organization forms such as male and female grouping,skill grouping,free grouping and interest grouping,and strengthen the teaching exchange and discussion of English football.（3）It is necessary to improve the educational depth of rugby teaching,excavate the knowledge system and internal spiritual world of sports discipline,give play to the indomitable spirit of sports discipline,explore the discipline spirit through practice under the leadership of teachers,realize the all-round development of students’ morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,and establish students’ sound personality at the same time.Football teachers should shoulder the important responsibility of Ideological and political construction and be able to pay attention to the proportion of Ideological and political construction in physical education classroom.（4）We should work together to improve the awareness of rugby projects in Colleges and universities,so that students have interest and learn Rugby knowledge independently and consciously.Teachers should communicate with each other,constantly shorten the teaching of rugby projects from traditional projects,improve the status of rugby in the hearts of teachers and improve their awareness.The school provides a platform for students to have a sense of achievement,so as to develop Rugby projects.
