| In order to effectively deal with the separation of theory and practice,and the disconnection between learning and employment,modern apprenticeship integrates traditional apprenticeship with the school education system.The implementation of the modern apprenticeship system must meet the society’s demand for technical talents and achieve high-quality talent training.The key is to promote the collaborative education of dual mentors and achieve deep integration between schools and enterprises.This research adopts qualitative research methods,with modern apprenticeship pilot colleges as the research field,through in-depth interviews and data collection methods,it collects data from the bottom up around school tutors,business masters and students,and analyzes the original data one by one.Analyze,clarify the inter-subject relationship,characteristics and influencing factors of the dual-mentor collaborative education,and then explore the dual-mentor collaborative education mechanism.There are six chapters in this article.The chapter is the introduction.First,explain the origin of the research,introduce the meaning of the research,the literature review and the definition of related concepts,determine the research content and framework,present the research process and methods,and highlight the research innovation;the second chapter is the theoretical basis.Introduce Yuan Chunqing’s symbiosis theory and Parsons’ AGIL model and their application in this research respectively;The third chapter is the relationship between the two-tutor collaborative education subjects under the modern apprenticeship system.Based on the modern apprenticeship system,the dual tutors have a friendly relationship from the initial appearance to the late stage of cooperation and sharing,exchange and sharing and complementary advantages;Chapter 4 is the characteristics of dual-tutor collaborative education under the modern apprenticeship,which includes openness,privacy,stage,adaptability,negotiation and flexibility,etc;Chapter 5 is the cooperative education mechanism of dual tutors under the modern apprenticeship system.Mainly analyze the main factors affecting the collaborative education of dual tutors from the three perspectives of symbiosis unit,symbiosis model,and symbiosis environment,including the professional quality of school tutors,professional knowledge of corporate masters,students’ professional cognition and comprehensive quality,and online platform nine influencing factors such as offline communication.And from the dual-mentor training mechanism,system guarantee mechanism,school-enterprise resource flow mechanism and industry guidance mechanism,the complex operating relationship between the subjects behind the dual-mentor collaborative education is presented.The sixth chapter is research conclusions,suggestions and reflections.Based on the research conclusions,it puts forward the guidance and suggestions on the stability and long-term effectiveness of the dual-mentor collaborative education,and reviews the entire research process. |
