In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and the improvement of scientific and technological level,the demand of market economy development and enterprise post talents for workers' technical skills is getting higher and higher.In order to cultivate more high-skilled and high-quality talents,and realize the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and establish the operation mechanism of school-enterprise collaborative education based on modern apprenticeship system,it is of great significance to the training of talents and the reform of education and teaching in vocational colleges.By searching the relevant domestic and foreign literature,the paper further understands the operation of the modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism.On the basis of human capital analysis theory,cost-benefit analysis theory and work-based learning theory,this paper constructs a modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism.The questionnaire was designed to make statistics and analysis on the results of the questionnaire report.According to the data results,the relevant theoretical model is established,and the empirical test and analysis of these results are carried out.It concludes that in the operation of modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism,there are some problems,such as inadequate government policy support and financial support,inadequate organization guidance and supervision of relevant industries,inadequate initiative of enterprise cooperative education and cooperation,imperfect teacher training and assessment system in vocational colleges,unclear dual status and interests protection of students.It further verifies the necessity and feasibility of the modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism led by the national government,guided by relevant industry organizations,active cooperation between schools and enterprises,and active participation of students,and achieves good results to a certain extent.Finally,according to the empirical results and the reference of foreign modern apprenticeshipschool-enterprise collaborative education experience,put forward solutions to the existing problems.The main research content of this paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly discussing the research background,purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and methods,research technology route and innovation.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis.Including: modern apprenticeship,school-enterprise collaborative education,school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism,human capital analysis theory,cost-benefit analysis theory and work-based learning theory.The third part is the development status and experience of modern apprenticeship school-enterprise collaborative education.Including: domestic and foreign development status and experience for reference.The fourth part is the construction of modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism.Including: the overview and design of modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism(internal and external dynamic mechanism)and the operation mode of modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism.The fifth part is the empirical analysis of the modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism.Including: theoretical model basis,questionnaire design and results analysis,and related empirical tests.The sixth part is the problems existing in the operation of modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism and the countermeasures.Including: government policy support and capital investment,guidance and supervision of relevant industry organizations,active cooperation between schools and enterprises,training and assessment system of College teachers,dual status of students and protection of interests.The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect.
