Research On The Application Of Techniques And Tactics For Women’s 76kg Freestyle Wrestling Athletes In The 14th National Games

Wrestling is the most primitive competitive event of mankind.Wrestling has been listed as a competitive event in the ancient Olympic Games.The first World Women’s freestyle wrestling championship was held in 1989.In 2003,women’s freestyle wrestling was listed as the official event of the 28th Athens Olympic Games.The competitive level of women’s freestyle wrestling in China once ranked in the forefront of the world and achieved excellent results,but the results have declined significantly in recent years,and there is a large gap with Russia,Kazakhstan,Japan and other countries.The National Games of the people’s Republic of China（hereinafter referred to as the National Games）is the largest and highest level sports event in China,representing the highest level of competitive sports in China.In the 14th National Games of 2021,the technical and tactical application characteristics of wrestling women’s 76kg class in 22 competitions（qualification and main competitions）are the research object,in which the focus is on the 12 competitions of the top four athletes（one champion,one runner up and two third runners up）.Using the methods of literature,expert interview,video analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the application times and success rate of standing technology,kneeling support technology and on-the-spot tactics.Conclusion:（1）The success rate and score of women’s freestyle wrestling 76kg athletes in this national games are much higher than that of kneeling support;In the standing technology,the techniques of holding one leg,holding both legs and arm and leg are used more,and the techniques of kneeling support are the techniques of holding waist,rolling bridge and cross holding lower legs.（2）The 76kg women’s freestyle wrestlers in the national games are mainly offensive tactics,supplemented by defensive tactics,and the application effect of offensive tactics is obvious;The defensive side’s counter attack technology and other tactics are relatively less used.（3）In the 76kg women’s freestyle wrestling athletes of this national games,the competition between athletes with similar strength is relatively fierce.The continuous technology from standing to kneeling is used more,and there are more continuous scores;On the other hand,the number of games won by shoulders has also increased.
