The transformation of economic structure and growth mode has put forward stricter requirements on the comprehensive quality of skilled talents.Vocational education should give full play to its function of serving the economy and society,and cultivate high-skilled professionals needed for social development.Secondary vocational teachers are the backbone of secondary vocational education reform,and the effectiveness and continuity of their professional commitments are directly related to the quality of talent training in secondary vocational schools.This puts forward higher requirements for the professional development of secondary vocational teachers,and brings unprecedented challenges and increasing work pressure to the work of secondary vocational teachers.Some secondary vocational teachers have too much occupational pressure and cannot be effectively relieved,and are prone to problems such as low professional identity and lack of happiness,resulting in a sense of occupational burnout,which leads to hindered career development and low occupational retention rate.Teacher resilience is a dynamic and multi-dimensional concept,starting from the teacher’s emotional practice,it provides a new perspective for solving the problem of professional career development of secondary vocational teachers.Teacher resilience helps secondary vocational teachers to quickly adjust to psychological fluctuations,actively respond to professional challenges,and quickly restore their working status to the best level or even improve.How to make secondary vocational teachers maintain positive work enthusiasm and motivation in the complex and changeable career development environment,and to ensure the healthy development of their careers,the key is to generate and enhance teacher resilience.This article will discuss from four aspects.First of all,by consulting electronic and books and other literature materials,using the literature research method to summarize and summarize the connotation of teacher resilience in secondary vocational schools,including the structure,characteristics and value of teacher resilience in secondary vocational schools.Secondly,use questionnaire survey research methods to investigate the current overall level of teacher resilience in secondary vocational schools,and analyze the status quo of teacher resilience in secondary vocational schools.It can be seen from the survey that the current overall level of resilience of secondary vocational school teachers is above the middle,and the ability to deal with occupational risks needs to be improved.At the same time,the resilience level of secondary vocational teachers is affected by both individual factors and environmental factors,and there are certain differences in demographic characteristics such as gender,age,and teaching age.A high level of teacher resilience can effectively help secondary vocational teachers to actively adjust their working conditions and deal with professional difficulties in a correct way.Guiding secondary vocational teachers to generate and develop teacher resilience is an effective means to solve professional problems.Third,through further interviews,analyze and summarize the factors that affect the resilience generation and development of secondary vocational school teachers,including individual teachers,schools,families and society.On the basis of investigation and analysis,combined with the theory of social ecological system,the factors related to the generation and development of teacher resilience are divided into three systems:micro system-individual system of secondary vocational teachers,meso system-family and school system,and macro system-Public awareness and social policy system.The three systems play different roles in the resilience generation and development of secondary vocational teachers.Individual secondary vocational teachers are the main body of the generation and development of teacher resilience,family and school are important supporting factors,and social public awareness and related policies are indispensable influencing factors.By analyzing the role of the three systems in the generation and development of teacher resilience in secondary vocational schools,it further analyzes the mechanism of teacher resilience generation in secondary vocational schools,including the motivation,process and results of teacher resilience.Finally,according to the research and analysis combined with the actual situation,effective strategies to promote the resilience generation and development of secondary vocational school teachers are proposed from the three aspects of individual teachers,families and schools,and society.
