Secondary vocational school students means those who enter vocational high school and accept secondary vocational education after the Senior high school entrance examination, and the rough past, contradict and week present, and uncertain future is their general characteristics. The social status of the secondary vocational students' family is relatively low,and their parents' care and management are insufficient. At the same time, they are also the students that “can not study well” in the eyes of the vocational school teachers, and can't get enough attention and support from them.Meanwhile, the existence of social prejudice also makes them have to bear negative labels such as "failure in the Senior high school entrance examination" and "problem students".Under the impact of these adverse factors, vocational students' resilience level is generally low, concentrating on the inadequacy of inherent advantages, weak external support and limited own energy, lack of enough ability to cope with adversity,to solve problems and to face challenges.Based on this situation, the author relies on a class of S senior vocational middle school in Wuhan city to carry out a social word study.First, through the demand assessment, determine the “promotion of secondary vocational school students resilience "as the theme of social work services.Subsequently, use interviews, scale and other survey methods, make a comprehensive understanding of the past, present and future adversity of the service objects. Then under the guidance of "Resilience(Coping with Adversity)theory",divided the service into four stages including experience adversity and understanding resilience, explore” I am”,optimize “I have”and show “I can”,make pointed references to design specific service content, and use the "social work class" to carry out the service. At the same time, two paths for different time and space were set up before the service, and after the end of the service it were used to evaluated the effect of service. The study obtained the following four conclusions.First, secondary vocational students are combined with factors such as physical and mental quality, familyenvironment and social status, they have experienced, facing and will face a lot of adversity, make their resilience level is generally low, need social work or other professional forces' intervene.Second, the social work class service technique can be well matched with the Adversity Coping theory.have a high degree of agreement with the actual environmental characteristics of the vocational school, also can play a guide role in the concept of classification, content determination and service oriented, thus, the way and perspective of service are innovated, reached the organic unity of the theory and practice, the individual and the society.Third, the test and confirmation of the service effect under the thought of the quasi experimental method, and the reassessment of the depth and continuity of the service effect, can on the basis of accordance with the premise of professional ethics, test and confirm the effect of social work service more accurately and rigorously.Fourth, improve vocational students' resilience is not only a job for one time, but also a process, including the understanding of the early "adversity situation",the medium-term services provision, and the later stage evaluation and reconfirmation of effect.
