The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee made clear the educational development task of "building a high-quality education system" and showed the grand goal of strengthening the country with education and talents. At present,China is in a special period of universal anti epidemic. The sudden epidemic situation has a profound impact on the study and life of college students. On the one hand,it has a huge impact on the thinking of college students. On the other hand,it also brings a variety of challenges to the quality and ability of college students. This change puts forward higher requirements for higher education in China. In the course of socialist modernization,as college students in the new era, they should not only have professional skills and quality, excellent comprehensive ability, but also have excellent resilience level. In recent years, college students have committed suicide or homicide repeatedly, which reflects college students’ incorrect understanding of life and their low level of resilience.Due to the misunderstanding of cognition, college students are in the dilemma of wasting and harming their lives.Personnel training in the new era is the fundamental way to promote the connotative development of higher education in China.Facing the new historical mission,in addition to continuing to pay attention to the traditional elements of talent training,we must also pay attention to the resilience education of students as the main body of learning. This research starts from the resilience problem existing in the university student group, draws on the rich research results at home and abroad, and studies based on the theory of social ecological system, knowledge, comprehensive ability and values are separated from the individual system as quantitative factors, family support, family expectation and family relationship are separated from the family system as quantitative factors, and peer support, teacher care and support from important others are separated from the social system as quantitative factors. The model is built by integrating the above nine factors, this study collected the sample data of university students of four universities in Xuzhou, and adopted SPSS Through the analysis of the questionnaire data, this paper sorts out the important factors that affect the resilience of college students, establishes the structural equation model by AMOS software, analyzes the importance of the influencing factors of College Students’ resilience, and explores the practical ways to guide college students to enhance life resilience by constructing the ecosystem of College students’ resilience.Further research shows that the resilience scores of the four universities in Xuzhou are above the middle level.Among them, the score of college students in the dimension of self-improvement > tenacity > optimism. There were significant differences in gender, student cadre, only child and family location(P < 0.05).From the non standardized factor research model, standardized path coefficient and significance test results,it was statistically significant.Among the potential variables, knowledge, comprehensive ability, values, family support, family relationship, teacher care and important others support had a significant impact on resilience(p <0.05).Accordingly,on the basis of the empirical analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of the resilience of college students, this research focuses on strengthening and improving the resilience of college students from the perspective of the student’s personal system, family system, and social ecosystem.Propose strategies for improving and training college students’ resilience.Hope to help educators to better guide college students to strengthen their resilience and face life more positively. This paper was based on 9 figures,20 tables and 99 references.
