Promoting the ideological and political construction of physical education courses in physical education colleges and universities is an important measure to thoroughly implement the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people.Cheerleading is one of the important physical education courses in physical education colleges.The implementation of curriculum ideology and politics is an important exploration of the reform of Cheerleading specialized courses.Therefore,the implementation of Ideological and political education in cheerleading course is both due and necessary.This paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to analyze the advantages of Integrating Ideological and political education into cheerleading;To understand the current situation of Ideological and political development of Cheerleading courses in physical education colleges,explore the existing problems,and explore the Countermeasures for the implementation of Ideological and political education in cheerleading courses,so as to provide reference materials for improving the quality of Cheerleading teaching.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1? The research shows that there are two advantages in carrying out ideological and political courses in cheerleading specialty courses.(1)The ideological and political education of cheerleading has project advantages,which helps to cultivate students' body consciousness,comprehensive physical quality and social adaptability,and realizes the integration of strength and beauty.(2)The ideological and political education of the special course of cheerleading has cultural advantages: the team spirit of unity and cooperation and collective supremacy;Positive and hardworking spirit of struggle;The innovative spirit of pursuing excellence and daring to make breakthroughs.2? This paper analyzes the situation of Cheerleading students in physical education colleges from two aspects.(1)The analysis of the ideological and political quality of Cheerleading students shows that: 1 A small number of students' ideological quality needs to be strengthened,and the vast majority are in a good situation.2.In terms of political quality,students have high political identity and strong patriotism.94% of students recognize that China has made a series of achievements in recent years.3.Today's students do not think that "Festival" is an indicator of cultural self-confidence,and are very confident in culture.98% of students agree with Chinese culture.(2)The ideological and political understanding of Cheerleading students shows that: 1Ideological and political theory course is the key course to implement morality and cultivate people,and other courses are also an important channel for educating people.2.Teachers focus more on cultivating students' sports spirit,followed by socialist core values.3.Students believe that teachers should have a firm political position,a solid theoretical foundation and superb educational art.4.Students have a high enthusiasm for carrying out ideological and political courses of cheerleading.5.The educational awareness of other school managers needs to be strengthened.6.Teachers set an example and demonstrate,which has a subtle impact on students.7.The effect of Cheerleading class is not satisfactory.8.63.42% of the students thought that the teachers had achieved the organic integration of cheerleading and curriculum thought and politics,but the overall effect of Cheerleading was not satisfactory.3? This paper analyzes the situation of Cheerleading teachers in physical education colleges from three aspects.(1)The current situation of Ideological and political teaching of Cheerleading teachers shows that: 1 90% of teachers have carried out ideological and political related work,but most of them are still in the exploratory period.2.60% of teachers indicated that the time of classroom education was between 5-10 minutes.3.The educational elements selected by teachers in Ideological and political education are planned.They can select educational contents in combination with the situation of students,and are more inclined to the cultivation of will quality and social adaptability.4.Among the teaching methods used in the integration of Cheerleading into Ideological and political education,the top five are case teaching,situational teaching,discussion teaching,multimedia teaching and lecture teaching.5.40% of the teachers said they had participated in Ideological and political related training activities for more than three times,while others were less than three times.(2)The understanding of Cheerleading special teachers on curriculum thought and politics shows that: 1 Some teachers do not have a deep understanding of the ideological and political course of cheerleading,and do not know the relationship between the ideological and political course and the ideological and political course.On the issue of how to integrate,65%of teachers believe that it should be integrated organically,20% of teachers believe that moral education should be taught occasionally,and 15% of teachers teach students current political knowledge in class.20% of teachers do not agree with the view that "there is no restricted area for academic research and classroom teaching should be disciplined".2.80% of teachers are very willing to implement curriculum ideological and political education.3.90% of Cheerleading teachers attach great importance to students' "healthy physique","sound personality","excellent performance","comprehensive ability" and "exquisite technology".4.The driving forces for the implementation of curriculum ideological and political education are teachers' consciousness,attitude and school policy.(3)The analysis of the development of Ideological and political education in physical education colleges and universities shows that: 1 Some schools do not pay enough attention to ideological and political curriculum.40% of teachers do not know the school curriculum and ideological and political policies.2.There is no substantive action on curriculum ideological and political education or stays at the policy level.In the activities related to curriculum thought,30% of teachers think it is less,and 10% don't know the specific situation.4? By analyzing the current situation of the implementation of Ideological and political education in cheerleading courses in 8 sports colleges,it is found that there are many problems in the implementation of Ideological and political education in cheerleading courses in sports colleges.(1)The school's implementation of curriculum thought and politics is not in place.The school did not pay enough attention to curriculum ideological and political education,failed to form a top-down integrated construction system,and did not form a joint force among various departments.(2)Some cheerleading teachers have a vague understanding of Ideological and political education in the curriculum.Including the lack of correct understanding of the concept and importance of Ideological and political education in cheerleading course,and the poor consciousness of implementing ideological and political education in cheerleading course.(3)There is a lack of practical exploration in the ideological and political education of Cheerleading specialized course in physical education colleges,and the development of Ideological and political education of Cheerleading course is still in the preliminary exploration stage.Lack of external supervision and incentive mechanism,the driving force of teachers' implementation of curriculum thought and politics is insufficient.(4)Failed to make the organic integration of cheerleading and ideological and political elements,and the way of implementing curriculum ideological and political education for cheerleading is unclear.5? This paper puts forward the implementation countermeasures of Ideological and political education of Cheerleading specialized course from three aspects: School guarantee,teachers' main team and curriculum construction.(1)We should form a multi-party linkage guarantee system.1.It is necessary to actively respond to national policies and understand the spirit of the curriculum ideological and political documents.2.All departments in the school should be linked up and down to form a joint force of joint management.3.We should create a campus environment for collaborative education,make full use of the Internet platform to strengthen the training of teachers and the edification of students' values.(2)We need to strengthen the construction of curriculum ideological and political teachers.1.Strengthen the national will of "Building Morality and cultivating people".2.Pay attention to teachers' teaching reflection on "curriculum thinking and politics".3.Pay attention to the artistry of teachers' "cheerleading characteristic teaching".4.Enhance the initiative of mining and integrating "Ideological and political elements".(3)Actively explore the ideological and political construction of Cheerleading course.1.We should optimize the overall design of Ideological and political of Cheerleading course.2.Strengthen teachers' teaching discussion.Play the role of grassroots teaching organization of Cheerleading teaching and research room,collective teaching and research,collective learning,and make full use of teachers' team advantages. |
