Purpose:In this study,PAPE generation was induced by four schemes, relevant indicators before and after the experiment were tested, and the optimal time for inducing PAPE generation and the size of PAPE effect were determined by comparing the changes of wingate anaerobic power after intervention. The differences of PAPE effect in different genders. Methods: In this study,19 students(10 boys and 9 girls)from Beijing Sport University were subjected to the following four training methods: Control scheme(CON): After a 5-minute routine warm-up,the heart rate RPE was recorded at the end of the 4-minute,8-minute and 12-minute 30-second WAn T measurements.Resistance program(RT):5 minutes of regular warm up rest after 3 minutes to do 30%1RM half squat compression program(BFRT):5 minutes of regular warm up rest after 3 minutes to do half squat resistance program combined with compression program(RT+BFRT):5 minutes of regular warm up rest after 3 minutes to do 30%1RM half squat All the schemes were divided into three groups: group 1 repeated 30 times; The second group was repeated 20 times; The third repetition was 15 times,65 times in total, and the interval between the groups was 60 seconds. The heart rate(RPE)was recorded after the interval of 4 minutes,8 minutes,12 minutes and 30 seconds. In addition, the heart rate and self-sensation scale(RPE)were used as auxiliary measurement indexes before the experiment began. Results :(1)in CON scheme,RT scheme,BFRT scheme, peak power, minimum power, average power, power attenuation rate, total power, etc.,have no significant change(P>0.05);There was no significant change in the interval time at T4 T8 T12(P>0.05)(2)In the BFRT+RT scheme, the peak power and average power of the male and female groups were significantly increased at T8(P < 0.01),the average power of the female group was also significantly increased at T4(P < 0.05);The power attenuation rate and minimum power of both groups decreased significantly at T4 and T8(P < 0.05),and the power attenuation rate of female group decreased significantly at T8(P < 0.01);The total power of both groups was significantly increased at T4 and T8(P<0.05),which was significantly increased in the female group at T8(P<0.05).Conclusions :(1)the warm-up regimen of 30%1RM resistance training and single blood flow restriction did not produce post-activation enhancement effect.(2)30%1RM resistance training combined with blood flow restriction did.(3)in general, the post-activation enhancement effect reached the optimal level after 4-8minutes of recovery after interventionsuggested :(1)PAPE effect can significantly improve the anaerobic power of Wingate, but professional guidance should be provided during the test to avoid injury.(2)During BFRT training, appropriate cuff width should be ensured, and limiting pressure should be selected according to the actual situation.(3)low exercise load(20-40% 1RM)should be used in combination with short intergroup rest time(30-60seconds)and high volume(exercise 30 to 50 times),to ensure enough physical stimuli(4)blood pressure mode has certain risk, use for a long time may damage the pressurized zone beneath the muscle, thereby reducing performance,so the blood flow under the limit of resistance training should be under the guidance of professional staff and regularly used occasionally.
