| Karate athletes in the game,the middle of the horizontal kick is an important scoring leg method,after activation enhancement effect has been proved to be effective in the development of lower limb ability.In this paper,the post-activation enhancement effect is applied to the training of karate teams in colleges and universities.The experimental research is carried out by using the post-activation enhancement effect training method and the traditional training method.The effect of the two training methods on the cross-kick ability of the middle section of the karate team in colleges and universities is compared and analyzed,and a more effective and scientific improvement method is sought to improve the special level of the karate team in colleges and universities and achieve better training and competition results.This paper uses the methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods to explore.According to the research questions and content,the experiment is designed.Taking 15 female players of karate team of Xi ’an Institute of Physical Education as the experimental object,the experimental group and the control group were divided.the experiment is divided into 30 times.Each intervention experiment is carried out at the same time with an interval of 48 hours.Each time,one experimental index is tested to reduce the mutual influence between training,and only one experimental index is tested every day to reduce the impact of the last experiment.This experiment takes 8 weeks.The three intervention programs were as follows:80%elastic band resistance knee lifting training group:three groups of 80% elastic band resistance knee lifting training for 5 times,each interval of 30s;60% elastic band resistance lift knee training group:3 groups of 5 times 60% elastic band resistance lift knee training,each interval of 30 s;control training group : normal warm-up preparation activities;using mathematical statistics software to carry out analysis,this paper mainly compares the differences of middle horizontal kick,knee lift times and knee extension peak torque of karate athletes at different time points under the same intervention mode under different loads.Research conclusions:(1)The post-activation enhancement effect induced by the pre-stimulation of 60% and 80% elastic band resistance knee lift is improved at the time point of 10 minutes,and the ability of athletes to kick and stretch the knee is improved.The post-activation enhancement effect training is better than the traditional training.(2)The post-activation enhancement effect induced by the pre-stimulation of 60% and 80% elastic band resistance knee lift is improved at the time point of 7minutes.The training effect is more obvious than the traditional effect.(3)The elastic band resistance training pre-activated PAP used in this experiment is better than the traditional training in improving the overall ability of the middle cross kick of the karate group hand female athletes.It can be used as one of the methods for karate group hand female athletes to improve their special ability. |
