The healthy and harmonious development of children’s body and mind requires teachers to carry out effective random education;teachers’ professional development needs to grasp random education and have certain educational wit by themselves;the steady and efficient development of kindergartens also needs teachers to have certain level of random education.Although the role of random education is not omnipotent,its importance is irreplaceable,and it can compensate for the deficiency of purposeful and planned education,and combine the two can better promote the healthy and happy growth of young children.This research takes A Kindergarten in Jiyang District,Jinan City as an example,mainly adopts observation method and interview method to research the random education problems of teachers in one-day activities,and employs SPSS for data analysis.According to the research,teachers of different teaching ages have significant differences in the frequency of random education in one-day activities,and teachers with different majors and educational backgrounds have no significant difference in the frequency of random education in one-day activities.It can be seen that teachers of different teaching ages have an impact on the frequency of random education in one-day activities.In the random education of one-day activities,teachers lack the consciousness of random education;teachers lack certain theoretical knowledge,especially their scientific literacy needs to be continuously improved;teachers maintain their dignity and cannot communicate with children equally;lack of rationality in teachers’ use of language;teachers lack certain language skills and guidance skills in random education;teachers are impatient and eager for success;teachers have strong leadership;teachers lack reflection;teachers lack of capture of children’s interests;teachers’ random education is purposeful and easy to become a form;teachers have excessive protection for children;teachers need to improve their educational wit to better deal with emergencies;teachers need to constantly improve the random education and individualized teaching of all young children.Finally,from the three levels of kindergarten,family and society,the factors affecting teachers’ random education are put forward,and reasonable suggestions are put forward.This research expects to further enrich the theory of random education of preschool teachers in one-day activities,and provide theoretical reference for future research on random education of preschool teachers in one-day activities.From the perspective of children’s physical and mental health development,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for preschool teachers to better carry out random education in one-day activities.It is also expected to promote the better development of kindergartens and further improve the quality of teachers and children in random education in one-day activities.
