| The ability of random education is one of the necessary professional abilities for preschool teachers.The comprehensive and coordinated development of kindergarten teachers need to implement effective random education.In the practice of education,the random educational level of expert kindergarten teachers is generally higher than which of ordinary kindergarten teachers.The random educational wisdom of expert kindergarten teachers can provide reference and inspiration for improving the random educational level of kindergarten teachers.In this study,Mrs L,an expert kindergarten teacher in a city of Liaoning Province,was chosen as the research object.This thesis employs case study method,observation method,interview method and literature method to study with the actual situation.The author followed and observed the Mrs L for half a year.Tracking and observing the random education of Mrs L in children’s free activities.The author presents the random educational performance of Mrs L in free activities.The research summarizes the personality characteristics of Mrs L’ random education.Mrs L,an expert kindergarten teacher have keen insight and is good at identifying the opportunity of random education;Mrs L is an expert in determining the content of random education based on children existing life experience;Mrs L can not only doing well in starting from the development needs of children,but also grasping the random education method properly.Mrs L strengthen the results of random education in the teaching process,as well as maintain the continuity of education at all times.Besides taking the initiative to reflect Mrs L has an ability to summarize the experience of random education.At last,based on characteristics of random education in Mrs L’ free activities,dissertation provide five aspects of thinking to help teacher who carry out random education in kindergarten: First of all,every teacher should strengthen their educational belief and establish a scientific view of children.Secondly,every teacher should observe the behavior of children carefully during the teaching process and improve their sensitivity to education.Tertiary,every teacher should actively participate in the various educational practices of the kindergarten,exercise and improve the ability of random education.In addition,every teacher should strengthen the reflection of the self-teaching process and use all the time to strengthen their theoretical knowledge learning.Ultimately,kindergarten administrators should build a community of teachers’ professional learning,so that all kindergarten teachers can learn random educational wisdom from each other. |
