Digital economy has already become the “new engine” of the economy growth in China,and it is considered a valuable issue to integrate the development of digital economy together with real industry to optimize social division of labor in the period of China’s high-quality development.2015 is seen as a critical year concerning digital progress,China first recognizes developing digital economy as a national strategic,and fully realizes it is a historic opportunity and of significant value to rejuvenate economic vitality and social development.Based on the turning point of China’s entry into a new era of digital development in 2015,the paper analyzes the layout of industrial policies and current construction,and discusses in what ways or mechanism does digital economy development influences the internal labor structure of enterprises,in aim to alleviate the pressure of labor market and promoting the high-quality development of industries..Development of digital economy is accompanied by large-scale job creation and employment disappearance.Data selected in this paper is the disclosed information of employees of A-share listed companies in the period of 2011 to 2020 and a difference-in-differences model is built.Results show that,digital economy policies at the national strategic level in 2015 promotes the development of digital industrialization and transformation of enterprises.In the integration of enterprises and digital technologies,the overall job creation effect is stronger than job destruction effect,and the total employment volume increases positively.Job creation effect of digital economy is more obvious for the high-skilled labor force,and the proportion of these employees in the enterprise has increased significantly,while job destruction effect is prominent in the low-skilled,which shows the "One-way polarization" transition of enterprise labor force structure.Besides,current digital economy spatial development in China is unbalanced as industrial agglomerations have formed in Beijing and several other big cities.It is assumed that in areas with a strong degree of digital economy development,the impact on the internal labor structure conversion is more obvious.To confirm it,this paper conducts a heterogeneity analysis.In the current context of responding to the epidemic and promoting employment,traditional employment methods will be widely impacted while methods that conform to the digital economy will have great prospects.We suggest it should be necessary to improve the talent echelon construction,solve the employment problem of all skill levels employees,guide the application of the digital economy to match the skill structure of the labor force.And at the same time,focus on the optimal allocation of human capital between regions and enterprises.In regional development,let the flow and distribution of talents free so that common development of the digital economy will be realized.
