Digital Labor Value Research Based On Marx’s Labor Value Theory

With the continuous innovation and application of the Internet and digital information technology,mankind has entered the era of digital economy,and the digital economy has become a driving force for cultivating new kinetic energy for economic development and promoting high-quality economic development.Digital labor is an important form of labor in the digital economy and society.It is completely different from traditional labor in terms of external form,internal structure,and operating logic.As a new variable,it has brought huge development variables to global capitalism.The hot spot of academic research is also an important way to investigate the new changes in capitalist society.The core issue of exploring the digital labor process is to analyze its value creation process,that is,in the formation process of products or services,the different roles of human production factors and material production factors in the value creation process,and which ones participate in the value creation,Which is the source of value creation.This paper fully absorbs and draws on domestic and foreign research results,sorts out the formation background,formation process and theoretical essence of Marx’s labor theory,analyzes the concept,specific manifestation and essential attributes of digital labor,and explores the relationship between digital labor and other forms of labor.relationship,examines the value and surplus value creation issues of digital labor processes.This paper believes that digital labor not only produces digital labor products,but also realizes the proliferation of capital.Its essence is productive labor,and the digital goods produced by digital laborers not only meet the needs of themselves,others and capital,but also human indiscriminate labor.The condensation has value and use value,so digital labor still has duality.On this basis,this paper argues that digital labor further proves the scientific nature of Marx’s labor theory of value.In the process of digital labor,new production factors such as digital information technology only undergo value transfer,and their essence is still the means of production.The essence of the digital labor process is the consumption and accumulation of human labor,and the labor of digital workers is the value and surplus value.Create the subject.The value creation process of digital labor presents the following three characteristics: digital wage labor and digital unpaid labor jointly create value,the time-space boundary between labor and leisure is blurred,and the change in the organic composition of capital leads to an increase in profit rates.Digital capital groups or capitalists mainly obtain surplus value by extending labor time,increasing labor intensity,unpaid labor,and breaking the unrestricted nature of labor subjects.Based on Marx’s labor theory of value,this paper analyzes the nature of value and surplus value creation in the process of digital labor,analyzes the future development of the digital economy,and tries to propose a feasible path to promote the development of China’s digital economy.That is,innovation drives the development of the digital economy and cultivates new momentum for economic development;adheres to standardizing data regulations to promote the healthy and orderly development of the economy;scientifically establishes distribution entities and improves the distribution system;strengthens digital social governance and protects the legitimate rights and interests of digital workers.
