Communication is the science that studies the social information system and its operating laws.In a broad sense,education itself is a communication activity.From the perspective of communication,this paper regards the K12 online education process as a complete communication system.The role of each communication subject in K12 online education in the communication system is discussed.At the same time,on July24,2021,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Students’ Homework and Off-campus Training in Compulsory Education",which is a hot spot that will attract great attention in the education industry and the whole society in 2021.event.Therefore,this paper starts with the introduction of the "double reduction" policy,and focuses on the changes in the roles and relationships played by various K12 online education communication subjects before and after the policy is released.This paper focuses on the relationship between the various communication subjects of K12 online education.On the one hand,it interprets the "double reduction" policy from the perspective of national policy,and makes a comparative analysis of the communication subjects before and after the reform.On the other hand,K12 online education dissemination agents and structures are examined in relation to each other and to the wider society that sustains and is influenced by them.The "double reduction" policy is not only an important policy in the educational field in my country in the new era,but also an important turning point in educational practice.It will have a series of impacts on the roles and relationships of various communication subjects in the K12 educational field.K12 online education institutions are facing a brand new environment,and they need to consider exiting or transforming to realize the decapitalization of educational products;school education must return to the main position of educating people;the interests of teachers will also have the opportunity to improve;education users will need to Great efforts have been made to de-utilize the tendency;the introduction of the "double reduction" policy means a major change in the roles and relationships between communication subjects in the educational field.In the past,while K12 online education institutions developed rapidly,the drawbacks they brought are obvious to all: teachers have lost their subjectivity in the capitalized education space,teachers have a low sense of professional identity,and the brain drain of teachers in institutions is serious;teachers The relationship with students has become alienated,the autonomy of the teaching field is lacking,and the relationship between teachers and students is weak;online educational institutions and students are alienated into a simple consumption relationship,educational institutions sell anxiety,and educational consumerism is popular.At the same time,under the competition of capital seeking profit,education users are also shaped as "one-dimensional people".Contradictions between various communication subjects continue to deepen,which is not conducive to the virtuous circle of education mechanism.The introduction of the "double reduction" policy provides an opportunity to restore a healthy educational ecology.This paper predicts the transformation of the roles of various communication subjects in the educational field,that is,educational institutions and public schools are separated from each other and form a complementary trend;online education teachers refuse to Identity alienation,reshaping interaction habits;online education users escape the consumption trap,dispel instrumental rationality,and return to the essence of education;and look forward to the relationship between communication subjects in the future: schools promote education evaluation reform,ease the trend of education involution;family and school Work together to build a partnership-type relationship;internal and external linkages,to implement the "burden reduction" policy to the end;institutions strive to gain customers by word of mouth,and eliminate user anxiety marketing;teachers coordinate themselves and roles to promote students’ all-round development.
