Characteristics And Attribution Of Network Attention Of "Double Reduction" Policy

In the summer of 2021,the implementation of the "double reduction" policy aroused strong attention from the whole society and became the hottest topic of education discussion at that time.Attitudes and basic views on the "double reduction" policy.Therefore,it is particularly important to implement the "double reduction" policy in the network field.At the same time,the coming information technology of Industry 4.0 provides support for this research.This study attributes the characteristics of the "double reduction" policy attention through the time,space,crowd attributes,content,attitude and other characteristics of the "double reduction" policy attention in the network field,and provides a reference for the "double reduction" policy.It is expected that within three years,the goal of the "double reduction" policy will be realized,the burden on students will be greatly reduced,so that all students can enjoy better education and provide satisfactory education.This research adopts content method,spatial autocorrelation method and tracking method.Taking the Baidu Index as the research work,select July 24,2021 to July 24,2022 as the research period,and select the "double reduction" of 31 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities)in my country(excluding relevant data in Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)Taking the policy network public opinion as the research object,the spatio-temporal characteristics of the "double reduction" policy are visualized with the help of tools such as Excel,Arc Gis and Word Art,and the "double reduction" policy is analyzed with the help of the government-enterprise public opinion big data Attitudes to collect data,use tracking to attribute the attention characteristics of the "double reduction" policy,and put forward strategic thinking suggestions for implementing the "double reduction" policy.The study found that the time distribution of attention to the "double reduction"policy shows:(1)The annual trend shows that the online attention to the "double reduction" policy is on a downward trend,and the online attention to the "double reduction" policy on mobile phones is always higher than that on PCs;(2)The monthly change trend shows that the "double reduction" policy is the most concerned by the public in July and August.Taking August 30,2021 as the boundary,the online attention of the "double reduction" policy is on the rise before August 30,and August 30 In the future,the online attention of the "double reduction" policy will begin to decline.The spatial distribution of attention to the "double reduction" policy shows:(1)From a provincial perspective,Guangdong,Jiangsu,and Zhejiang provinces pay attention to the"double reduction" policy;(2)From the perspective of the seven major geographical regions,the "double reduction" "The online attention of the policy is dominated by East China(Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shandong)and North China,but the network attention of the"double reduction" policy in the Northwest and Northeast is in the marginal area;(3)From the city ranking,Guangdong,Jiangsu,and Beijing are most concerned about the "double reduction" policy,followed by Shanghai and Chengdu.The focus of the"double reduction" policy is on the content of attention: the relevant content of the"double reduction" policy that the public is most concerned about is what the double reduction policy refers to,five management,after-school services,etc.On the one hand,it reflects the public’s interest in the "double reduction" policy On the other hand,it also reflects the public’s concern about the supporting documents and policies related to the"double reduction" policy.Public opinion on the “Double Reduction” policy in terms of population distribution: The people who search and inquire about the relevant content of the “Double Reduction” policy are mainly from 20-29 years old(126.4%)and women(383.3%).By comparing the amount of non-information content and information content of the "double reduction" policy public opinion,it can clearly reflect the recognition and support of the "double reduction" policy audience.If there are more non-information about the "double reduction" policy,it means that the public is actively responding to the "double reduction".Conversely,if the amount of public opinion information on "double reduction" is more,it means that the public is more disgusted with the "double reduction" policy.The research results show that the "double reduction" policy has received widespread attention,and the public’s reaction is relatively optimistic.People generally express their appreciation and strong support for this measure,while some groups are neutral and disgusted.Based on the "field-habitus" theory,combined with Liang Qichao’s cultural structure theory,this study attributes the characteristics of the "double reduction" policy’s network attention through the tracking method,and finds that the "double reduction" policy’s network attention The characteristics of the change are related to the obsolete and rigid ideas of people;the "double reduction" policy severely investigates and punishes off-campus subject training;and the supporting documents to ensure that the "double reduction" policy is effective.In this regard,this research focuses on Mr.Liang Qichao’s cultural structure theory,and puts forward strategic thinking about the "double reduction" policy from three aspects: concept,policy,and practice.Narrow the gap between urban and rural areas;take active and steady measures in practice.
