| Since the 18th Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has placed poverty eradication in a prominent position in the governance of the country and made great determination to solve the problem of poverty eradication.In the overall deployment of poverty eradication,General Secretary Xi Jinping has gone to the grassroots level and made field visits many times,especially in some concentrated contiguous special hardship areas,where he saw the inherent cause-and-effect relationship between education and poverty,and launched a series of important discussions on poverty alleviation through education,which provided a direction for rural areas to get rid of poverty through In 2020,China has completed all the tasks of poverty eradication as scheduled,solving the problem of absolute poverty that has long plagued us,and the national fight against poverty has achieved a stage victory,but the removal of poverty is not the end of development in poor areas,and the elimination of absolute poverty does not mean that the problem of poverty in China has disappeared;relative poverty still prevails,and poverty governance has entered the Poverty management has entered the "post-poverty era" in which the consolidation of poverty eradication results and rural revitalisation are effectively linked.In the long run,consolidating the results of poverty eradication and solving the problem of relative poverty require the sustained efforts of education,which is a long-term undertaking and a long-term pursuit.Therefore,it is necessary to continue to study in depth the discourse on education for poverty alleviation,so as to promote the complete removal of the poor from poverty through education and make the development of poor regions more forward-looking and stable.Taking Xi Jinping’s important discourse on education for poverty alleviation as the main research object,this thesis consists of five main parts: the first part is the introduction,taking the background and research significance of this paper as the logical starting point,combing through the current situation of domestic and international research on this selected topic,on which basis the research ideas and research methods of the article are determined,and the core concepts that run through this paper are explained.The second part is a basic study,taking the classical writers of Marxism,the excellent Chinese traditional culture,the relevant discourses of the successive leaders of the Communist Party of China on poverty alleviation through education and some relevant ideas from the West as the theoretical sources,clarifying the basis of the generation of this discourse and grasping the rationality and inevitability of its generation in the context of the realities of the world,the country and the Party.The third part is a study of development,in which the formation process of the discourse on poverty alleviation through education is elaborated from some important historical periods of Xi Jinping,including his seven years as a youth,his political period in Zhengding,Hebei and Ningde,Fujian,and various stages since the 18 th National Congress,and on this basis the main contents and basic features of the discourse on poverty alleviation through education are summarised.The fourth part is a study of the paths,focusing on the paths of educational poverty alleviation under new historical conditions,based on the three-fold idea of "shared governance","co-prosperity" and "sharing",and proposing This section is based on the three-pronged approach of "shared governance","symbiosis" and "sharing",and proposes to build a collaborative governance of multiple subjects,promote balanced symbiosis among all levels and types of education,and promote the sharing of quality education resources for all,so as to promote the sustainable development of poor regions in the post-poverty alleviation era.The fifth part is a study of values,which illustrates the contemporary value of this thesis from three dimensions: theory,practice and the world. |
