At present,with the realization of the first centenary goal,China’s socialist modernization is in a new critical period,is also to achieve the new goal of common prosperity,and the realization of educational equity is the key to China’s modernization,is the fundamental to achieve common prosperity.Therefore,in the new era,Xi Jinping’s discussion on educational poverty alleviation and its practical research have great theoretical and practical value.The introduction starts from the value of the topic,domestic and foreign research review and other aspects,and generally grasp the research feasibility and value of the topic.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has led the whole Party and governments at all levels to make poverty alleviation a top priority in their work.Education poverty alleviation as the"root" of poverty,we must attach importance to the education practice of poverty alleviation,constantly promote education fair,promote social fairness,only in this way,our country can really get rid of poverty,can really on the road of common prosperity.The theoretical part systematically studies Xi Jinping’s discussion on poverty alleviation through education from four aspects,namely,the theoretical source,main content and basic requirements.One is about the theoretical sources,this part mainly include Marx and Engels’s theory of anti-poverty,the anti-poverty theory of Chinese leaders,and the anti-poverty theory in the excellent traditional Chinese culture;The second is about the main content,this part includes three aspects:strategic position,important role and major strategy,poverty alleviation through education is the fundamental strategy to control poverty,our country must give priority to developing education,poverty alleviation through education plays an important role in promoting social equity,it discusses the major strategies from the comprehensive development of poverty alleviation through education,the informatization of poverty alleviation through education,and "fostering wisdom and ambition";Third,about the basic requirements,this paper summarizes three aspects,that is,accurate,effective,scientific and effective people,among,"Accuracy" is the biggest feature,"Science" is the most important thing to follow,the greatest play of the people’s initiative is the source of power;Fourth,about the basic meaning,this part mainly includes two levels of getting rid of education own poverty and promoting social development with education.The practice part since the eighteenth big southern Xinjiang Ho tan region education poverty alleviation practice as the research object,through the analysis,summarizes the research results,from the Ho tan region education poverty alleviation practice measures,effectiveness,deficiencies and Suggestions from four aspects,in order to better promote the Xi Jinping education poverty alleviation practice process in Ho tan region,better improve Xi Jinping education poverty alleviation in Ho tan region practice effect.First,the practical measures of education and poverty alleviation in Ho tan region since the 18th CPC National Congress,This part is discussed from the formulation and implementation of education poverty alleviation policy,matching education assistance,the participation of the whole society and the social value of education;Second,the practice of poverty alleviation in Ho tan,this part is discussed from the two aspects of the improvement of the education level and the comprehensive development of-the society;Third,the shortcomings of the practice of educational poverty alleviation in Ho tan area,this part is developed from two aspects:practical dilemma and cause analysis,both levels include three aspects:education,family and society;Fourth,the feasibility of education poverty alleviation in Ho tan area,this section includes two levels,namely,to improve the education level of the region from the four perspectives of students,teachers,family and society,and to increase poverty alleviation through education in this region from the three perspectives of policy preference,capital investment and teachers’ support.
