With the rapid development of global economy and fierce commercial competition,headhunting has become a very important power in the development of modern commercial society.As the number of headhunting enterprises continues to increase,this industry has evolved to a few top foreign headhunting companies dominant,they with high prices to get far ahead of the performance and reputation.However,most of the small headhunting companies,especially the local headhunting companies in China,are hard to win customers and business by means of price war,which greatly consumes the cost of human resources and enterprises.Therefore,headhunting market urgently needs a new business model,which can lead the industry to a faster and better direction.The C Headhunting Company is a local headhunting company in Chengdu,which is the branch of A Group.The company with innovative Internet thinking mode of operation,put forward to "customer experience" as the center of the underlying business logic.It subverts the operation process of traditional headhunting companies.In the thesis,the advantages and disadvantages of C headhunting company as well as the opportunities and challenges of its external environment are obtained through comprehensive application of classical enterprise strategy analysis theories,such as PEST and Porter’s Five Forces model.By means of external factor evaluation matrix,internal factor evaluation matrix,SWOT analysis and other tools,the competitive strategy suitable for C headhunting company as well as relevant strategy implementation ideas and safeguard measures are formulated.The C Headhunting Company has different strategy for their competitive strategy,the diversity of the product differentiation strategy and customer strategy thinking,to play their core advantage in the aspect of links to resources and efficient recruitment,through continuous to strengthen the construction of enterprise human capital,enhance the brand value and maintain legal information advantage to alleviate the high speed development of enterprises and employee pressure problem,Support the national talent supply for key development industries,participate in the Chengdu government to explore and attract talents to Chengdu,ensure the realization of the differentiation strategy,form and maintain its more prominent advantages.For other headhunting companies in Chengdu and even in China,we also hope that the thesis can be helpful to others.
