After the brutal growth in the early stage,China's K12 Discipline Training industry has encountered strong supervision of national policies.Hot money in the market leaves one after another because it is unprofitable,and large education institutions have also stopped their K12 business projects.However,after the departure of large education institutions,there are still a large number of small and medium-sized K12 discipline training institutions in the market,and the competition between them is still quite fierce.As a K12 business institution with private education license,Sanrenxing company's main business is one-to-one extracurricular guidance and large-small class teaching for K12 students.Facing hot market competition,the K12 business of Sanrenxing company needs to find a competitive strategy suitable for the challenge.Taking the research on the competitive strategy of K12 business of Sanrenxing company as the theme,this paper makes an in-depth study on which competitive strategy Sanrenxing company should choose in the hot market competition.Firstly,based on the relevant theoretical research of domestic and foreign competitive strategy and Shadow Education,this paper uses PEST,Porter's five forces and CPM to study the environmental opportunities and threats of the K12 business of Sanrenxing company,and EFE matrix is further used to evaluate the external environmental factors.Secondly,it focuses on the analysis of the enterprise resources and enterprise capabilities of Sanrenxing company from many aspects,obtains the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment of K12 business of Sanrenxing company,and further uses IFE matrix to evaluate the internal environmental factors.Thirdly,based on the implementation of the overall strategy of Sanrenxing company,the SWOT matrix is used to comprehensively analyze the external environment and internal environmental influencing factors of K12 business of Sanrenxing company,and three alternative competitive strategies suitable for the development of K12 business of Sanrenxing company are obtained and analyzed for feasibility,next use QSPM to screen multiple feasible strategies,finally,it is concluded that the implementation of differentiation strategy is most suitable for the development of K12 business of Sanrenxing company.Finally,the differentiated competition strategy is implemented through the implementation of teaching course differentiation,teaching service differentiation,teaching brand differentiation and teaching publicity differentiation,and the implementation of differentiated competition strategy of K12 business of Sanrenxing company is guaranteed through measures such as corporate culture guarantee,organizational structure guarantee,talent team guarantee and financial resource guarantee.In addition,through comprehensive budget management,often take measures such as operation analysis and improvement of performance appraisal to control the risks in the implementation of differentiated competition strategy of K12 business of Sanrenxing company.
