So far,the development of High-intensity Interval Training has a history of more than 100 years,and it is widely used in medical health,mass fitness,and special training.Previous studies have shown that High-intensity Interval Training has the effect of enhancing people’s cardiopulmonary function,reducing weight,improving athletic performance and technical and tactical ability.In view of the advantages of High-intensity Interval Training method to enhance athletes’ cardiopulmonary function and improve sports performance,the author uses literature method,expert interview method,experimental method,comparative analysis method and other methods to select 12 students in the bicycle special training team of Inner Mongolia Normal University for high-strength interval experimental training,and compares the data obtained before and after experimental training in a longitudinal comparison.It is required to find the impact of High-intensity Interval Training on the special athletic ability of cyclists,verify the effect of High-intensity Interval Training on the improvement of cyclist competitive ability,find the positive significance of High-intensity Interval Training on bicycle special training,and conduct differentiated and effective training for different special athletic abilities of athletes in actual training and competition.Through a 12-week High-intensity Interval Training experiment with 12 subjects,the following conclusions were concluded that High-intensity Interval Training can be applied to improve the special training ability of cyclists such as vo X max,lung capacity,power output ability,and pedaling strength.1)Previous studies on how High-intensity Interval Training can improve cardiopulmonary function,increase vokebox maximum and lung capacity,and reduce body weight have been verified.2)Through High-intensity Interval Training,the subject’s aerobic ability and cardiopulmonary function have been significantly improved,and High-intensity Interval Training can be applied to the practical training of cyclists to improve cardiopulmonary endurance and aerobic ability.3)High-intensity Interval Training has a significant effect on the power output ability,pedaling strength,vo2 max,speed and other abilities of bicycle special athletes,and High-intensity Interval Training can improve the athletic performance of cyclists.4)High-intensity Interval Training does not change significantly for the cadence increase of cyclists at 1km distance,and the cadence increase effect on cyclists with longer distances such as 5km and10 km is more significant.5)High-intensity Interval Training has a certain effect on the maximum heart rate increase in the exercise process of cycling athletes,but the improvement effect is not obvious.According to this,suggestions are made: 1)In the actual training process,the use of High-intensity Interval Training should be combined with the actual situation,so as to achieve step-by-step,according to the characteristics of the athletes to set the training content,training methods and training methods.2)In the process of cycling special sports ability training,High-intensity Interval Training can be used as a training method for vo X max,power output capacity,etc.,and can be combined with other training methods when training such as cadence,endurance,and strength.3)In the actual training process,High-intensity Interval Training should be combined with the characteristics of special sports,do a good job of athletes’ heart rate monitoring,coordinate the relationship between exercise load and intensity,reasonably apply exercise,do a good job of recovery after exercise training,and pay attention to warm-up and stretching and relaxation activities before and after exercise.For cycling events,special attention should be paid to the stretching and relaxation of the lower limbs of cyclists.4)The use of High-intensity Interval Training application in the special training of cyclists should be combined with strength training,endurance training,sensitive training and other training methods to comprehensively improve the special sports ability of cyclists.5)When training the special sports ability of bicycles,attention should be paid to the coordinated development of the athlete’s whole body muscles,try to avoid the phenomenon of causing uncoordinated body muscles,pay attention to the stretching and relaxation activities of the athletes,and avoid ignoring the development of the athlete’s comprehensive quality.6)According to the characteristics of the athletes themselves,the athletes’ special athletic ability is targeted training.A variety of training methods and training methods can be adopted to train athletes’ special athletic ability.
