Research On Social Work Intervention In Community Culture Construction ——A Case Study Of "Telling The Baogang Story" In D Community Of Baotou City

Community cultural construction is an inevitable product of community development to an advanced stage,and community cultural activities are the most intuitive form of showing community cultural construction.The practice of community cultural activities not only reflects the cultural needs of community residents,but also reflects the progress and development of the whole community.Therefore,community cultural construction,as the focus of community development,should be based on the community’s own characteristics and historical and cultural origins to form a culture of community characteristics,establish a common sense of community,and improve the sense of community identity and belonging;it should also be based on the characteristics of the development of the new era,innovative cultural construction channels,the use of the Internet,multimedia and other new ways to provide cultural services,multiform enrichment of cultural channels to meet the diversified cultural needs of residents It is more important to enhance the main position of residents,increase their enthusiasm and initiative to participate,establish the correct cultural value orientation of residents,and promote the sustainable development of community cultural construction.This paper takes Community D as the research object,one is based on the fact that Community D has its own unique cultural background,but the cultural resources of Baogang story and Baogang spirit in the community need to be developed under the influence of community administration,and most residents of Community D at this stage are still retired Baogang workers and working Baogang workers,which provides a humanistic foundation for the development of community cultural activities;second is based on the fact that Community D has basic cultural facilities and professional Third,based on the fact that Community D has been transformed into an old neighborhood,people’s material quality of life has been continuously improved,and the spiritual civilization of residents has yet to be improved,the development of community cultural activities can meet the diversified spiritual needs of residents and is of great significance to the development of residents;Fourth,based on the fact that Community D is in an important geographical location of the street and is a key Fourth,based on the important development status of D community,which is the key target of the street,the development of community culture can drive the surrounding communities to develop together,which is important for the development of the community.This study analyzes the current situation of the cultural construction of D community from the perspective of social work,and analyzes the causes of the problems of insufficient awareness and participation,lack of integration between tradition and innovation,mismatch between service capacity and multiple needs,and unclear role positioning of social workers in the community,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in D community.The reasons for the problems are analyzed,and the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in D community are analyzed,based on which a plan is designed for the cultural construction of D community.After that,social workers carried out our relationship thematic activities with the theoretical support of regional development model and social support theory,establishing professional service relationship on the one hand,and exploring the special culture of the community and human resources for the development of activities on the other hand;carrying out our special thematic activities with the theme of "telling the story of Baogang" and"inheriting the spirit of Baogang".The main theme of our activities is to develop community culture,enhance residents’ awareness of community culture,cultivate community cultural identity,motivate residents to participate,and increase the power of community cultural regeneration;to develop our linkage theme activities,create community cultural space,and create community cultural atmosphere.Based on the project research and project evaluation,we propose the idea of social work intervention in community culture construction,that is,we can make social work become an important supporting force for community culture construction and provide more effective paths for community culture construction under the trend of building a culture-led form of community development,building a community management model of residents’ autonomy,and building a community service system of social work.
