In recent years,with the development of social economy and state-owned enterprises,the construction of corporate culture has always been a hot issue widely discussed and studied by the business and academic circles.In the process of corporate culture construction,since the spirit and culture of the enterprise needs to be recognized by all or most employees,the corporate behavior culture needs to be based on a various of activities of the enterprise and the professional behavior of employees.So it is urgent to find suitable methods in theory and practice to provide the level of corporate culture construction.By adhering to the professional concept of helping people and self-help,advocating for the needy clients,using cases,group work and other methods to help clients relieve their anxieties,improving their psychological conditions,and getting rid of difficulties,social work can help to straighten out the relationship between enterprises and employees,enhance the relationship between the enterprises and employees,and enhance employees' sense of identity in the construction of enterprise culture.Then it becomes an important means for enterprises to improve the level and ability of cultural construction.Through the investigation in B branch of A Gas Co.,Ltd.,it is found that in the process of corporate culture construction,there are some problems such as employees' unclear understanding of the corporate culture,dissatisfaction with the working atmosphere of the company,differences between employees' actual work standards and requirements of corporate code of conduct,and unwillingness to provide suggestions for various cultural activities of the company.The main reasons for these problems are that the enterprise doesn't take culture as the soul of sustainable development,the integration of daily management and cultural management is insufficient,the employees are facing the integration stage of new and old culture replacement,and there is lack of broader social support for the employees' corporate culture identity.Therefore,through the cross study of social work and corporate culture,we can basically establish the basic ideas of social work to assist employees of state-owned enterprises in corporate cultural identity.First of all,social work helps state-owned enterprise employees to enhance their corporate cultural identity.It should follow the principles of individualization,continuous interaction,and the combination of administrative and professional social work.Secondly,social work should establish the goal of establishing the consistency between employees and enterprises,cultivate the team spirit and cooperation consciousness of employees,improve the social support network of enterprises,and create an excellent corporate culture management atmosphere.Finally,enterprises should work with social workers to provide case studies and provide consulting services to solve the individual difficulties of employees' corporate culturalidentity,carry out group work to cultivate and stimulate employees' sense of belonging and team awareness.And build a support network to help employees' corporate cultural identity,using social administrative methods to create an open cultural atmosphere for employees' participation,and other measures.The specific contents and methods of social work are effectively settled into the management of corporate culture,so that they can effectively intervene in employees' cultural identity difficulties.
