"Mental Health Exercise" is a combination of various types of music,relaxed and dynamic dance-based exercises,and physical communication between students.The main highlight is positive mental health education,which guides students to understand themselves and discover Self and believing in oneself lead.Mainly adopt the methods of literature data,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment method and mathematical statistics method;primary school students at level 2 of Cangzhou Huayuan Primary School were used as the research objects of this experiment;"mental health exercise" was the main The teaching content combines the knowledge of primary school sports,educational psychology and other related disciplines to carry out teaching experiments.The "Mental Health Assessment Scale for Primary School Students" was used as the evaluation standard for this experiment;it aims to better improve the mental health level of primary school students,enrich the teaching content of inter-class exercises in schools,and provide diversified practical guidance for students’ mental health education.Increase new ideas of physical education in mental health education.Through this experimental study,we will explore the teaching value of more "mental health exercises",and better carry out the exercise form of "mental health exercises" in primary schools.The data measured before and after the experiment were analyzed by paired sample t-test.The main results are as follows:(1)After passing the 12-week physical education experiment of "mental health exercise",comparing the average scores of the scales before and after the experiment for the students of overall level two,the results showed that the subscales of emotional disorder,social adjustment disorder,and bad habits were all very significant(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the subscales of personality defects and special disorders(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean data analysis of the scales of learning disabilities,moral defects and behavioral disorders.(2)The comparison and analysis of the scale results data after the experiment for boys and girls showed that there were very significant differences in the subscales of emotional disorders and social adjustment disorders in boys(P<0.01),and the subscales of bad habits showed significant differences(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the subscale mean of emotional disorder among girls(P<0.01),and a significant difference in the subscale mean of social adjustment disorder and bad habits(P<0.05).
