Application Study Of Integrated Family Therapy In Improving Military Marital Quality

Marriage is the most intimate relationship among individuals and the foundation of family.The quality of marriage is the most real response to the marriage life and the measurement standard of the marriage relationship.The quality of marriage will directly affect the maintenance of the relationship between husband and wife and the exertion of family functions.Positive and stable marriage quality plays a decisive role in family harmony and even social harmony.As a special form of marriage relationship in China,military marriage is protected by national laws.However,with the improvement of women’s social status,the concept of marriage has changed.The "widowed" marriage relationship of military marriage seriously threatens the quality of marriage and is not conducive to personal development and military construction.Therefore,to help soldiers improve the quality of marriage and build a harmonious and happy family is a major issue for the development of the military under the new situation.This paper takes a non commissioned officer serving in a certain army of Inner Mongolia rocket army as the research object.The measurement results of Olson marriage quality questionnaire show that the marriage quality of the service objects is low,and there are problems of poor communication mode and family relationship dislocation in their families.On the basis of the measurement results,this study integrates the family level and individual level,integrates the Satya family treatment model with the structural family treatment model in three aspects: treatment process,treatment stage and treatment skills,uses the integrated family treatment model to intervene the marriage quality of military personnel,and intervenes the service objects.The purpose of this model is to improve family communication,regulate family relations,restore normal family structure,and improve the quality of military marriage.The full text is divided into six parts: introduction,literature review,the feasibility and advantages of integrated family therapy to improve the marital quality of military personnel,the research design of integrated family therapy,the intervention process of integrated family therapy to improve the marital quality of military personnel,conclusions and reflections.The article concludes that the communication mode and family relationship are the key factors affecting the marriage quality.The integrated family therapy is comprehensive,flexible and systematic,which can effectively solve the problems of poor communication and family relationship dislocation between military couples,so as to improve the marriage quality of military personnel.Reviewing the intervention process,we should pay attention to the use of rituals,the cultivation of family intimacy and parent-child relationship,clarify the boundaries of family members,and reflect on the integrated family therapy model.Finally,the localization of integrated family therapy and the development of integrated family therapy to improve the quality of military marriage are prospected.
