Research On The Digital Social Integration Of The Elderly Involving Support Groups ——A Case Study Of JZ Home Care Service Center In S City

With the rapid progress of Chinese Internet Information Technology and the deepening of the aging of the population,as a vulnerable group in the digital society,the elderly face great challenges in the process of integrating into the digital society,many elderly do not share digital technology development of the era dividend.So it has important practical significance to speed up efforts to increase the rate of Internet use among the elderly,establish a social support system to help the elderly bridge the digital divide and implement effective measures to integrate the elderly into the digital society at the level of social governance.This paper selects the elderly in practice institutions as the main research subject,it is found that the elderly generally have low level of network application,the channel of information is not smooth,the lack of effective channels of digital social interpersonal relationship and other problems according to the survey on the digitalization level and demand of the elderly.On account of digital integration for the elderly,the aim is to enhance the ability of the elderly to use digital devices and build integration channels,practice intervention was carried out through supportive group approach,and then the elderly are more deeply and effectively integrated into the digital society.This supportive group carried out six group activities in total,from the understanding of mobile phone to the basic operation of mobile phone,mobile entertainment software,the use of shopping software and then to prevent telecom fraud gradually teach the elderly to use smart phones.After group work,most of the team members can learn the basic operation of smart phones and the operation of practical software,they are able to identify telecom fraud to a certain extent,and some team members can actively teach the elderly around them to use smart phones.It was found that the government,society and family should be combined to better help the elderly.First of all,the government should formulate digital policies to help the elderly,enhance the importance of digital integration of the elderly and improve the construction of digital leadership;integration resources by market,digital products for aging transformation,the combination of government and business channels;encourage older people to use the Internet,promote the development of social support networks,the focus is on giving full play to the effectiveness of family support for digital integration,and helping the elderly to integrate into the digital society through the linkage of the five social organizations.It was found that the supportive group approach has good practical effect on promoting the digital social integration of the elderly,the innovation point of this paper is mainly to carry out the practice of supporting group intervention in the integration of digital society,and help the elderly to fully integrate into the digital society from the perspectives of family,community and society.But there is still a certain limitations due to the different physiological characteristics of the elderly,there are differences in learning effect and active degree,as well as the limitations of activity duration,venue and equipment.
