Research On The Professional Development Path Of Referees In China Football League

The professionalization of referees in China's Professional Football League is the top-level design needs of China's football,the development needs of China's professional football,and the fundamental to improve referees' law enforcement level and professional quality.With the trend of professionalization of football referees in the world,the Chinese Football Association has appointed five professional referees from home and abroad for the first time in 2019.So far,the development of Chinese football referees has entered a professional era.At present,the professionalization of China's football referees is at the initial stage.The Chinese Football Association has not yet formed a complete system in the aspects of professional referees' training,management and guarantee.In many aspects,it still follows the management methods of amateur referees,which virtually slows down the speed of the Professionalization Construction and affects and restricts the development of China's football referees' professionalization.In this paper,literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,expert interviews,SWOT analysis and other methods are used.From the perspective of professionalization,this paper studies and analyzes the foreign professional refereeing system,Chinese football refereeing system and the current situation of Chinese football professional league refereeing,and uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the construction of Chinese football professional league refereeing professionalization.Finally,based on the actual needs of the professional development of referees in China Football League,the development path of professional development of referees in China Football League is formulated,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the professional development of referees in China Football League.The main results are as follows:1.In the process of professionalization of football referees,Britain,Italy and Japan have set up special professional referees management institutions,each of which has formulated a complete system of training,selection,supervision and security of professional referees based on their own situation,and has launched the policy of "high salary and low corruption".2.The current management system of referees in CFA has some shortcomings,such as too long training period,imperfect recruitment and promotion system,imperfect selection system and supervision system.3.The original profession of referees in China Football League is mostly concentrated in the teacher industry,which has the phenomenon of high age structure and relatively low salary.4.The latest contents recommended by FIFA are adopted in the physical test of referees in China Football League.The physical training of referees is kept at three times a week on average,and the physical training contents are concentrated in 5-10 km constant speed running,interval running and combined sprint running.5.The training program of referees in China Football League keeps pace with that of FIFA,but the number of referees training organized by CFA is relatively small,and there is a lack of psychological training.6.SWOT analysis shows that the advantages of the construction of professional refereeing in China's Football League lies in the attention of the state and the association and the continuous improvement of refereeing level;the disadvantages lie in the serious aging of referees in China and the backward teachers of referees and lecturers;the opportunities lie in the continuous improvement of professional football environment,the breakthrough of professional construction of the league,and the remarkable achievements in the commercialization of the league;the threats lie in Under the shackles of traditional Chinese concepts,foreign professional referees enter the Chinese football professional league.7.Starting from the construction of professional referee rules and regulations,professional referee training system,professional referee management system,professional referee security system,and the rectification of law enforcement environment,the development path of professional referees in China Football League has been worked out.
