Background: Posture stability has always been the focus of research in the field of physical education. Many scholars have used the dual-task training method combining cognition and exercise to train the postural stability of some special groups, and achieved good results. However, there are relatively few studies on applying dual-task training to ordinary college students. Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the dynamic and static posture stability test results before and after training through dual-task training for ordinary college students, and to verify the effect of dual-task training on human body posture stability.Lays the foundation for exploring a better dual-task training program and conducting related research on postural stability in the future. Methods: This paper selects 60 male college students who are not majoring in physical education as the experimental objects to study the effect of dual-task training on human postural stability. The experimental subjects were randomly divided into three groups of 20 in each group. The experimental group was given dual-task training, the control group was given single-task training, and the blank control group was not given training. The training frequency is 3 times/week for a total of 8 weeks. The test data of the subjects’ dynamic and static posture stability related indicators before and after the experiment were counted.,and the data were statistically processed using the paired sample T test and one-way analysis of variance in SPSS 23.0 software. Results: 1.The comparison results between the three groups of dynamic and static postural stability-related indicators before the experiment showed that P>0.05,and there was no significant difference.2.After the experiment, the intra-group comparison results of each index between the experimental group and the control group showed that P<0.01,with a highly significant difference;the blank control group had no significant difference.3.The comparison results between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment are as follows: in the postural stability test, reaction time and directional control metrics for the Limits of Stability test and the adaptation test,P<0.01,has a highly significant difference,in the above test indicators, the training effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group; In the Limits of Stability test, the test results of the movement speed, the end point stroke and the maximum deviation index are P>0.05,and there is no significant difference. Conclusions: 1.Dual-task training can improve the static posture stability of the human body, and the effect of improving static posture stability is better than single-task training;2.Dual-task training can improve the dynamic posture stability of the human body,In the dynamic posture stability test, the improvement effect of some indicators is better than that of single-task training;3.Cognitive and perturbation dual-task training can be used as an effective training method to improve the stability of human posture.
