The goal and purpose of researchAs my country's aging continues to increase, preventing falls has become a common concern of the state and society and researchers.Elderly people have been paid attention by researchers because of the decline of posture control ability caused by external interference. On the basis of cognitive resource theory and practical research, the researchers proposed the concept of dual-task balance ability, which has become a method for predicting the fall of the elderly.Because of its economic characteristics, exercise intervention is widely used in the health and rehabilitation fields of the elderly. This article is based on the collation and analysis of predecessors' research results in the field of sports intervention in the dual-task balance ability of the elderly, combined with interviews with experts, and found that the general physical exercises and movement-cognitive dual-task interventions often used in previous studies The method has a certain one-sidedness.Both ignore the important role of sensory integration. As the elderly increase, the function of the sensory system decreases, coupled with a decrease in muscle strength and deterioration of cognitive function. When it is interfered by the outside world,it is very easy to cause the brain to delay the processing of information and cause a fall. Therefore, based on posture control theory, cognitive resource theory, sensory integration theory and reality research, this paper proposes a sensory integration training combined with resistance training method.Based on the exploration of sensory integration training cognitive load and resistance training load,an effective combination of new intervention methods was designed, and a randomized controlled experiment was designed to verify the intervention effect of this method on the dual task balance ability of the elderly. At the same time, the experimental results are sorted and analyzed to discuss the reasons and internal mechanisms of this method for the elderly's dual-task balance ability,in order to give experimental support in constructing the elderly sensory integration theory, and also provide a way for the elderly New exercise methods. This article includes four main research sections: Study 1: Quantification of sensory integration training and resistance training Methods: A total of 39(21 males and 18 females)community seniors were randomly divided into 3 groups: small intensity sensory integration resistance training group(LIRT-SI),medium intensity resistance training group(MIRT),medium intensity sensory The integrated training group(MIRT-SI)has 13 people in each group.Quantify the cognitive load of sensory integration training through performance, heart rate, and subjective task difficulty indicators;quantify resistance training load through resistance measurement.RESULTS: The resistance of the lower limb strength 1RM measurement in the three groups was 18.00±1.15 lbs,18.15±1.11 lbs in the LIRT-SI group, and 18.08±1.19 lbs in the MIRT group.Under medium-intensity resistive load, the angular velocity of visually guided action starts from 10 degrees/second to 20 degrees/second,and the cognitive load gradually increases. At 20~30 degrees/second,the performance of cognitive load indicators, heart rate, subjective task difficulty and time curve are gentle. When ? 30 degrees/second,the curve changes suddenly.Under a low-intensity resistive load, when the angular speed of visually guided actions is between 25 and 45 degrees/second,the performance of the cognitive load index, heart rate, subjective task difficulty and time curve are gentle. When ?45 degrees/second,the curve changes suddenly. Conclusion: The strength of the lower limbs of the three groups of subjects was equal, and the resistance of the moderate resistance training load intensity was 10.80~13.56lbs;the strength of the small resistance training load was less than 10.80 lbs.Under medium-intensity resistance training load, the visual guide action angular speed range of 20~30 degrees/second is medium cognitive load;under low-intensity resistance training load, visual guide action angular speed range of 25~45 degrees/second is medium cognitive load.Study 2: Compare the effects of different intervention methods on the dual task balance ability of the elderly. Methods: 52(28 males and 24 females)community seniors were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group(C),low-intensity sensory integration resistance training group(LIRT-SI),medium-intensity resistance training group(MIRT),medium intensity sensory integration training group(MIRT-SI),13 people in each group.Intervene in the elderly, through repeated test analysis of variance, observe the interaction between the intervention method and time on the dependent variable dual task balance ability index. Results: After a 16-week intervention experiment, the effects of group, intervention time, and group*time interaction on the dual task balance ability of the elderly were statistically significant. With the increase of intervention time, compared with group C,the ability of dual-task balance of subjects in the intervention experiment gradually improved, and each group showed a different trend. The differences of DT-10 MWT and DT-TUGT between group C and LIRT-SI group,MIRT group and MIRT-SI group were statistically significant(P<0.01).The intervention effect of the LIRT-SI group and the MIRT group is the same, and the intervention effect of the MIRT-SI group is the best;the differences between the C group and the LIRT-SI group,MIRT group,MIRT-SI group under the conditions of open eyes and closed eyes are the same.Statistical significance(P<0.01).When the eyes of the LIRT-SI group,MIRT group, and MIRT-SI group were compared with each other in the open state, the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).With eyes closed, the intervention effect of the LIRT-SI group was slightly better than that of the MIRT group(P<0.05),while the intervention effect of the MIRT-SI group was the best(P<0.01).Conclusion: Medium-intensity resistance training and medium-intensity sensory integration combined with resistance training have played a positive role in the elderly's dual task balance ability.Under the same medium resistance training intensity, the intervention effect of MIRT-SI group after joining sensory integration training is better;small intensity sensory integration combined resistance training and medium intensity sensory integration combined resistance training have played a role in balancing the dual tasks of the elderly positive effect.Under the same cognitive load intensity, the intervention effect of the MIRT-SI group with moderate resistance training intensity is better;the low-intensity sensory integration resistance training, after adding the appropriate cognitive load, the intervention effect is the same as the moderate intensity resistance training effect the same.Study 3: The effect of different intervention methods on the functions of the elderly's motor system, cognitive system, and sensory system Methods: 52(28 males and 24 females)community seniors were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group C,low intensity sensory integration resistance training group LIRT-SI,medium intensity resistance training group MIRT,medium intensity sensory The integrated training group MIRT-SI has 13 people in each group.Intervene in the elderly, perform repeated measurement analysis of variance on the experimental results, and observe the interactive effects of different intervention effects and time variables on the dependent variable motor system, cognitive system, and sensory system indicators. Results: After 16 weeks of intervention experiments, different intervention methods, time, and the interaction between the two had different effects on the functional indicators of each system.Compared with group C,LIRT-SI group had the worst intervention effect on motor system function indexes. The intervention effects of the MIRT group and the MIRT-SI group were better than the LIRT-SI group;in terms of cognitive system function, the LIRT-SI group showed a better effect than the MIRT in terms of working memory breadth and suppression ability(P<0.05).The MIRT-SI group and the MIRT-SI group had the best intervention effect(P<0.05);the sensory system function index proprioception C was compared with the LIRT-SI group and the MIRT-SI group.Academic significance(P<0.01).Compared with the MIRT group, the difference in proprioception of the knee joint of the subjects was not statistically significant.Compared with MIRT-SI group,MIRT group had statistically significant difference in proprioception of the knee joint,P<0.05.Conclusion: Different intervention methods have different effects on the functions of motor system, cognitive system and sensory system.LIRT-SI shows a more positive intervention effect than MIRT in the cognitive system and sensory system;MIRT shows a more positive intervention method than LIRT-SI in the motor system, and MIRT-SI's intervention effect in the motor system and cognitive system 3.The system performance is the best.At the same time, this study found that sensory integration combined with resistance training can have a positive intervention effect on the elderly's dual task balance ability, because the intervention improves the function of the motor system, cognitive system and sensory system.Study 4: Research on the internal mechanism of the dual task balance ability of the elderly Methods: Through covariance analysis of the three major system function indicators, the impact of adjusting covariates on dual task balance ability was discussed. At the same time, the correlation analysis of the three major system function indicators and the dual task balance ability index is carried out to explore the internal mechanism of the elderly's dual task balance ability. Results: Through covariance analysis of knee flexion and extensor torque,it was found that the knee flexion and extensor peak torque had effects on DT-TUGT,open eyes, and closed eyes DT-LENGTH,except for DT-10 MWT.When the response is suppressed, the indicator is sensitive to the dynamic dual-task balance ability indicator DT-TUGT,while it has little effect on other indicators. The accuracy of "GO" and "NOGO" is more sensitive to the static dual task balance ability.Calculating working memory breadth is more sensitive to dynamic dual task balance ability index.Knee proprioception is more sensitive to the static dual task balance ability motor system index. Conclusion: Motor system function is an important influencing factor of dual task balance ability, and it is also an important part of it.Its correlation with dual task balance ability is higher than that of cognitive system and sensory system.Cognitive system function is the influencing factor of dual-task balance ability.Although its various indicators only show an influence on a certain dual-task balance ability, its overall effect has a positive effect on the dual-task balance ability.Components of competence.Sensory system function has an effect on the static dual task balance ability index.Although it does not affect all dual task balance ability indexes, this study still considers it to be an important part of the dual task balance ability. The internal mechanism of dual task balance ability is that under the condition of dual tasks, the motor system, cognitive system, and sensory system work together to maintain the stability of the body's posture in dynamic and static states.
